Very fast service. 3 day delivery. The original opener died. (14 yrs old) This replacement is the exact replacement as the original. It took about 15 minutes to open the box, read the instructions to reprogram it, take off the old one, replace the new one and reprogram it. It even came with an EveryReady9 vlt Battery. It actually worked on the 2nd reprogramming try. Works like a charm.
I had bought two Garage door wireless openers and they did not work with my Liftmaster Garage door as stated on the box. I decided to purchase this one and it did the job and was effortless to hook up. It was less money than the two I had purchased prior. Thanks for having a product that worked.
Very easy to replace the one that I had on my garage for over 17 years.
Decent and reasonably priced replacement for my old Lift Master Keypad that wouldn't work with my new receiver.
Just installed it and in this cold weather in Buffalo, ny it seemed to work fine. It was pretty easy to program and set up.
programming was a trial of my patience. i have degrees in biology and chemistry...this " compatible " device was not "compatible ".
I've had this exact model for 10 years. The old one was wearing out, so I got this replacement. The main issue is that a key feature for me is one-touch down. That is, if you hit Enter, any and all open doors close. This new one will not do it. When I called Liftmaster for help, they said this keypad is discontinued and they questioned whether this may be a knock-off. So they sent me a newer Chamberlain keypad.
The one touch control does not work as it's supposed to. Typically it does not matter how the door goes up, whether it's a different remote or control panel, you can always hit just the enter button on the outdoor keypad to make the door go back down. With this unit, you have to put the pin in before One Touch close will work, so is it really One Touch closed then....
The 9V Clip Connector is really not suited for outdoor use. After only 2 years, one of the terminals broke off rendering it useless. Unfortunately, I can't see a way to take the back cover off and replace the connector. Is there not a more heavy duty alternative? Do I have to purchase a new Keypad every two years? At least give me access to fix it.
This item was listed as Brand Name Liftmaster. What came was a no name "universal" garage door opener.
