The size is standard. The quality is good. The firmness is what one would expect from this type of pillow. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast It does come compressed, so will take about 24 hours to expand, but a simple little fluffing as it goes helps. The outer washable case is a nice plus.

I recently had back surgery d/t fractures from a fall. I have not been able to sleep because of the pain and not being able to turn. The pillow is amazing, it feels like I am resting on a marshmallow cloud. It is a memory foam pillow with a washable cover@ about the same price you would pay for a regular pillow.

i bought this for my son for christmas. he is the pickiest little sh!ŧ and is never satisfied with anything he didnt pick out himself. so, i gave it to him early just to make sure i didnt need to order a different one in time for christmas and he said he absolutely loves it. thank god!! there will be plenty of other gifts for him to hate on christmas. lol. it came packaged nicely and didnt have any smell. delivered on time, like two days later to the middle of nowhere ohio. so, i would definitely recommend this pillow and store to anyone.

Excellent IF you like a very firm pillow! I love it. As for negative reviews, there is a wide variety of pillow types and firmness levels. This is not for anyone looking for soft and squishy. I have a hard time finding affordable, firm, memory foam pillows, and this was exactly what I was looking for. I would consider it to be extra firm. My head barely causes a dent (side sleeper).

this pillow makes a great backrest pillow if you're lounging on the couch. It supports my whole upper body. This is a firm pillow, I would buy another.

my husband and I have been searching for the right pillows for a couple of years now wasting money and not getting the quality and support that we were looking for these pillows have finally answered and fulfilled everything that we were looking for in a great pillow very supportive do not fall flat

I have a lot of neck issues. This pillow really supports my neck I sleep on my side, it is very comfortable. In the morning there isn't as much pain in my neck and shoulders as there is with other pillows. It doesn't go flat in a couple of days like other pillows I bought in the past.

All these comments say it took 24 hours for their pillow to open up and everything else mine was ready out of the box within 10 minutes of sitting so maybe my material is different or something

This pillow SEEMS like a good idea, but it falls short. The ventilated foam was a good idea. The cover is a quality, washable and soft material. However, as stated, the foam itself pushes back against your head until it is UNcomfortable 😣... I would not recommend
