Linon Torino Folding Rollaway Guest Bed with 5" Innerspring Mattress, Cot

Almost everything works well on this product except for one piece. You are given a hard plastic catching device to hold the sides together when in the folded position. This item is extremely hard to disengage when trying to open up. I threw mine away and am using Velcro straps.

There were 3 small holes ripped in the mattress cover.

Looks like your photo - It is OK but not great. It did have a flaw with a plastic hook off on one side, leaving a hole on that side (see photo). So there is a hole in it. I'll need to reflect on this. The mattress is 5" with the seamline, but actually a 4" mattress without the seamline (photo). The mattress is not comfortable

Was excited when it was delivered, but when I removed it from the box I found a spring had sprung out of the mattress! So disappointed. I'm hoping Customer Service can resolve this problem quickly, before my company comes next week.

It's not as nice as it looks in the picture. The springs can really be felt. It would probably be fine for a child but not they good for an adult which I was planning on using it this summer for adult company. It's also quite low to the floor so will be harder for older people to get up ffom

Disappointed. The bed is wobbly when folded up , one wheel is lower than the others although we tightened the bolts, therefore it locks and drags when trying to roll the bed. The innersring mattress has uncomfortable wires for springs right underneath the fabric. But it can be stored easily in a closet. We would send this back but we have small granchildren coming for a visit and its too late to send this back and start over. So we will purchase a foam mattress pad to go over that so called inner spring mattress. On the flip side, its low enough for children if they fall off the bed and would maybe not get hurt but would be difficult for adults to get in the bed and out of it easily ( too low to the ground). I hate to give such a negative assessment but the directions printed on the outside of the box were worthless because the ink was too thick therefore unreadable.

Mattress too thin and sinks in ,poorly made.Legs unsupportive of the frame. Not even good enough for a child. Uncomfortable. I want a full refund. Was delivered to my old address.

We bought this based on it's description and appearance online. The mattress may be 5” thick but only until you sit on it. When sitting or laying on it the mattress collapses almost completely flat rendering it useless.

The size of the fold up bed was too small, the design print and materials of mattress was in an outdated like grandma style,the design was unattractive; also the quality of the mattress was poor and the thickness of the mattress was too thin. I think the mattress should be at least 5 or 6 inches thick and the mattress should be more firm, this is my honest opinion. Also the fold up bed should come with a mattress protector and washable or durable cover slip to cover the fold up bed, as part of the fold up bed package. I as a customer would have paid the extra dollars for this kind of fold up bed package. This fold up bed will probably last one year if that because the materials and quality isn't good, sorry to be so honestly, sorry if my honesty offends the manufacturer.

The box was broken so that I probably why the instructions were missing. I finally figured out how to put this together, so I will not return it. At best, the bed is flimsy and will not hold up to 250 as stated. I need it for my 40-pound grandson but have to remember to sit on the floor to read to him rather than laying next to him. Bad choice of a cart bed!
