these work. but you have to take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm qnd it takes about a month to see the difference. it has reduced my ear ringing and if i run out it really sucks.

Not as good as I was hoping for
My ENT doctor suggested I try this for the issue I have with tinnitus. It has helped a little but not as much as I was hoping it would. Regardless, there are a lot of vitamins and melatonin to help me sleep so I will continue to use it.
