Helped me, but with a different issue
I haven't noticed much relief from the ringing in my ears (the cause of which can be difficult to pinpoint) but using this product has brought me much needed relief from the itchy feeling in my ears and sinus pressure due to allergies when I use it in the evening. So I am very happy with it because of that.

he got the buzz out
I only needed to use it once so far, but it seems to have done a job. when you wake up with your ears ringing you know it's going to be a miserable day. So I use this first thing in the morning and I didn't notice it the rest of the day.

Tried this for awhile as usual it did not work. Money wasted. Not buying any more it's useless. Was hoping of course. I feel u can't believe any of these information put out.
