There should be something you should know before purchasing this product. And that is that this earwax removal does not contain earplugs to keep the liquid in your ears. This is why I rated this product only two stars. Walmart might have gotten a ton of returns on this product because they refunded me without even returning it. I'll just take the money from the refund and look for an earwax removal aid that does include the earplugs. They couldn't be that expensive for this company to start including them with the kit. They tell me to use cotton in my ears, but the problem with that is that not everyone has cotton laying around in one of those break glass in case of emergency cases that you see in public places around you.

First of all let me say that I have always used q-tips to clean my ears. Don't do that! Monday morning I did my regular routine and cleaned my ears with q-tips and my right ear became extremely clogged . It was terrible! I have suffered all week. Today is Thursday and I got this from Wal-Mart tonight. I put 4-5 drops in my ear. I kept my head tilted to the left and left the drops in for about 10 minutes. Only because of how extremely clogged up my ear was. Then I got a cotton ball and tilted my head to the right for about 10 minutes. Then I used the bulb syringe filled with warm water and flushed my right ear approximately 15 times. I could not believe how much excess wax this product removed out of my ear. This product really works and I am feeling so much better and I can hear!

I tried this product for its homepathic promise and non-peroxide ingreadients. It has a sticky feel, which, presumably, is meant to keep it in the ear canal as long as possible. The instructions say how much to put in and for how long, but, it fails to indicate what to do afterward. So, I tried leaning my ear down, hoping it would ooze out, but, it didn't. Not only that, but, it blocked off most of the rest of my hearing, which had been cut by excessive earwax (I'm a handyman, and tend to work with lots of materials that go airborne, with a little going into my ear, which, sometimes, causes itching, so, I have to scratch it or use a cotton swab; thus the wax buildup). I waited two more days, then tried removing the product with a swab. The swab was covered with "melted" ear wax (ick!), but, I still couldn't hear. I waited another day, then tried hydrogen peroxide, which fizzed away in my ear canal, and unblocked my ear, albeit for just a few seconds. After a week since I used the product, I lavaged my ear with warm water, and tried the swab, again. This time, I got it most unplugged (still icky!). While I wasn't in pain, I found the experience to be uncomfortable, and won't try the product again. From now on, I'll stick with hydrogen peroxide (and try to keep stuff out of my ear!).

this worked for me.. my ears get crazy with the wax to the point of being stopped up. one ear at a time, a few drops in the ear, %26 then a cotton ball in the ear. Does not contain peroxide which is bad for ears,it dries out the sensitive skin in ears causing cracks in the skin

it works well but the directions are a little bit fuzzy about how to get they drops to come out of the bottle. it turns out why you have it on site town you push the plastic to get a few drops to come out into your ear. you push what is normally the top of the bottle nozzle and not the glass part l

I am satisfied with the product, but one of the packages was thrown in a tree and my nephew had to climb a tree to retrieve it!

Ease to use, and works great. I follow the instructions as directed. I couldn't believe all the wax buildup that was flushed out of my ears. Especially the right ear that was giving me an ear ache. I had instant relief. The price is right, too!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband. His hearing has been going downhill for awhile now and I thought that it might help. Not much came out so I think e did it correctly. The best part was that it wasn’t invasive. No scraping or digging.
