This stuff works! Way less expensive and less stressful than having to bring him in for an ear cleaning at the clinic. I use my scope to verify it is clogged, can't see the ear drum, then we use the drops as directed while he watches a movie. Just have them lay with the treated side up for 15 minutes then they flop the other way (put towels on pillows on the couch to collect the drainage). Wonderful for clogged ears, would reccomend.
the ear mites are in my dog's ears. the dog medicine is ridiculous. someone told me this worked just as well as the vet medicine at 1/10 of the price. if it is safe for a small child I know it's safe for my old dog. works quicker and more effective that the expensive medicine.
Actually ising this as a mouth antiseptic. Used to be able to buy the 10% version just for this same purpose. I have 2 bottles one for ears and second for mouth.
Works only if you are persistent in following directions regarding frequency of applications to the ear.
Tilt head to drop in each ear. “Snaps, crackle, pops” I put finger to close ear while it works. Wash it out when I bathe. Cleans out the wax
Not glamorous… but very effective. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Breaks up earwax and helps things clear out without needing anything complicated. You will hear the fizzing, which is a little weird at first, but that means it is working. Takes a little patience and a couple uses sometimes, but you notice the difference. Not fun, not fancy, but gets the job done when you need it.
Eh, so-so. VERY OILY—after putting these drops in my ear, I needed to place a cotton ball at the entrance to my ear, and I put a towel on my pillow. (All of these oily drops would just flow out otherwise.) I ended up asking my primary care doctor to irrigate my ear… After seeing how easily he cleaned my ear out, I ended up buying an ELECTRIC EAR IRRIGATOR from WALMART.COM too. I rated the electric product 5 stars bc it REALLY HELPED!!! Plus, it is so Good to have the electronic ear cleaner when my ear blocks up with wax! (I strongly suggest NOT using an electric dental/water pick or similar/another device to shoot water into the ear canal: if you want to clean out your ears at home, please buy an electric ear irrigator, which has the pressure and rate set specifically for our fragile ears and ear drums; otherwise you could get an awful ear infection, or hearing loss, or worse!)
like any other walmart product, I read all the reviews then I bought this. No one said anything about this goooy material that stays in the ear canal for 3 to 4 days even with 3 times rinsing after applying and no one said that it does not cause enough bubble and fizz to remove the wax. Overall, not happy with the results and I used mixed water and peroxide instead and that caused noticeable bubble and fizz. Do not buy this unless you have no use for 5 dollars.
This product burned a little bit and actually made my ears feel more plugged. It could just be me but I would not recommend this product for plugged ears.
Did not work at all. Hard to get product to drip from bottle. Then it did not work. Could not be tracked. Scheduled for 1pm, showed up after 10 pm
