I'm not sure if I am even using it correctly or not. I've had a lot of issues with attempting to aim the drops and count them. They should have instructions saying plainly to ask assistance from someone else because I find this next to impossible to apply yourself. Felt plenty of action from the drops that did make it inside the ear so I'm satisfied.

I hate to admit it, but I'm getting things out of my ears that I never imagined. It might be gross, but this has helped me more than you know. And it saved me a lot of doctors' appointments from doing this again, and I can just do it myself now. Because when my doctor did something similar to my ears with water, I couldn't walk for a few minutes because it knocked my ears' equilibrium out of whack, and I didn't like that feeling. With this, I just jump in the shower so as not to make a big mess on the floor then all is done. Plus, it saves me from having to keep buying Q-Tips.

After being deaf in my left ear for 4 days and using SBL Mullein ear drops that did absolutely nothing, I decided to order this last night. It arrived today I followed the directions and I can finally hear again !!!!!

Less expensive alternative to ENT recommended Debrox brand ear drops. Safely cleans ear, softening ear wax for easy removal. Ball syringe included to flush ears. Also available without ball syringe.

Honestly, I thought it didn't work but after waiting a few minutes it immediately cleaned out my ear! This product helped a lot because I literally COULDNT even hear out my ear cause of wax, but this was able to remove it!

Equate Earwax Removal Kit Carbamide Peroxide 6.5%, 0.5 fl oz, Equate is a go to brand for me! I've never had to use a product like this, so don't really have anything to compare it to. I am trying to avoid a trip to the doctor's office. However it seems to be working pretty well. I think I will need to use several days to see full benefits, to no fault of the product i'm sure. My symptoms are a bit more severe than a standard need for a product of this type, but I'm hopeful Easy to use. No burning, no real scent to speak of.

I have lots of issues with wax build up in my ears there's a pile of products for that. this is cheaper locally than debrox. I do notice a difference in the "consistency" of the product. the debrox seems a bit thicker than this. I guess it boils down to personal preference which one you prefer. I use this with hand pump type ear washer unit and it generally does well loosening big flakes of wax that are causing problems. the bulb included in here works well but I prefer my other gadget since it holds more water and also catches the used water flushed from the ear. Walmart sells this kit with the bulb cheaper than a bottle of debrox on Amazon and you don't have to wait on shipping either.

It did nothing for me and my ear problem.

The box was missing the washer bulb. Only the solution was included. It's disappointing because normally Equate products are just as good as name brand. I bought the kit specifically to have both items.

I never received this item and I told Walmart that and they told me I did. I never did.
