I never had earaches until I was over 30 and it is a miserable thing to deal with and kids can get them a LOT. These drops actually help and are soothing as well as effective. I know sometimes you need an antibiotic but if my ears start to bother me a little, I will use this for a day or two and it never seems to get worse and I don't have to see the doctor because it got worse.

This absolutely works!! I had a terrible earache in my right year to the point I felt pain on the side of my face and jaw area. It wasn't from swimming or anything, I randomly woke up feeling the pain. It would hurt my ear and throat to even swallow. This is my first time trying Similasan, just after the first day I started to feel relief. The pressure wasn't as bad in my ear. I only add taking ibuprofen but mainly just used the drops twice a day and added several drops in my ear, because for my issue I needed more. It's almost been a week now, the throat and jaw pain is gone now too. I can feel a little ear pain when I yawn, so I'll continue using it daily for the next week or so. You get a lot in a bottle. Even after a week of using it, the bottle is still full. I highly recommend giving this a try.

It soothed my ear almost immediately. A little hard at first to get dropsout but by putting a finger or thumb pressure on the bulb part it came out easy

This does relieve ear aches but it won't happen instantaneously. I followed the instructions on the bottle and it did work for me, so I would recommend it.However if the aches continue you should see your doctor.

Product eased the pain. The issue was hearing aid part was lodged deep inside ear and had to be removed by ER Doctor. Not a normal occurrence. Not just an earache. But was helpful.

Walmart is a joke, they constantly advertise items that they dont have! if i had another option i would use it. its unfortunate im stuck using them all the time
