Practical device
Good for a quick exam of ear canal. Helps determine if excess cerumen present or ear drum inflamed.

It's cheap, but it's really good and reliable. You get the magnifying glass some batteries for the flashlight so it's not a bad deal.

Awesome Multiple Magnification
Used on family: husband, young ones, and teens, not any infant or toddler. Worked great able to see healthy eardrums and pimple in my husbands ear canal and no bug in ear.

pretty good way to look in the dogs ear
I like that the tip stays on pretty well, I like that there is an off on button on the bottom to make it easy to use. and it was reasonably priced. I have had another one and I find this one far superior for a low cost otoscope

What is that barrel for?
I cannot even pretend to know what the barrel shaped lens with the slot in it is for..zero instructions for use.

Loose batteries/light not staying on
If the batteries were not loose in this then it would work pretty good. But it's like I have to constantly tap this for the light to stay on. I guess it does the job but in my opinion it isn't worth the price at all. It's a little cheaply made.

Might be too large for toddlers
It looks like it should work, but the connector might not be small enough for toddlers - even though double ear infection diagnosed by doc, we cannot see the issue with this…
