I would like to know why my local Walmart Store %2339 doesn't carry this item. It is stocked in other Walmart stores. I noticed it is in stock at the Joplin Walmart for $5.63. It is $14.99 to order it online!!!! Talk about price gouging! I can either drive 60 miles to buy what I need or order it online. What purpose does my local store serve if they don't serve me?
This item has been unavailable for a while .When I read Lipton was not carrying instant tea powder anymore I went online and bought numerous jars! I saw it was back ! Not everyone likes sweet lemon tea or other flavors .Hopefully you stock your store with it !
Great to finally find instant, decaffeinated, unsweetened tea WITHOUT lemon flavoring. We don’t enjoy lemon in our tea.
great for summer time or anytime
The product itself is perfectly fine. What I can't get over is the price for the amount that you receive. It is absolutely awful the way companies think they can raise the prices of products and put it in a new container only to receive less then before for a much higher price.
I have been drinking the Lipton Unsweetened tea for 55 years . I was VERY disappointed when Lipton took the item off their production line for about a year. I am now very happy that you can get the powdered tea as a special order. The taste is as it should be. I DO NOT like the flavored or sweet instant tea they sale and will not buy such. Problems: (1) They repackaged the powder and put it into a smaller paper canister. (5.5" tall) Unfortunately, I am not sure what amount the previous tall glass containers provided, but it appears to be a lot less tea powder. (2) The instructions indicate you can make 28 quarts or 78 servings (2 Tsp/12oz cup). That would be dang weak tea. I use two rounded tablespoons in a 16oz glass. (3) I get about 20 glasses of tea for each can. When you buy two cans, the price per each is $12.48 or $0.63 per glass. Your mileage may vary.... (4) Unless you like weak cold ice tea (and some do), the product still provides good taste and refreshment, but appears to be much more expensive than prior discontinuing and repackaging. Bummer that.
Not what I ordered ! Ordered decaf sugar free! Got sugar free
Cost compared to the glass jars (no longer made) is waaayyyy too high. You should be ashamed!
I was shocked at the high price on line verses the in store price. The only reason I choose to order in on line is because it was pulled off every grocery I tryed to bye it in. it was off the shelves for way over 6 months. Being a diabetic it came in handy making the instant one glass at a time. It was 14.99 ordering it in July id 2025. aIn store in August is was 5.83. Same size container. Wondering why and how could it be that much of a difference in price. With it being instant it weight is nothing. Just disappointed in my online order.
Product was delivered to another address instead of mine, I requested a re-delivery and nothing happened!
