I add the ionic magnesium drops to my water bottle so thatI'm am getting small amounts of minerals throughout the day. The drops have a strong taste,, so I always dilute them with water or juice. (and you don't want to take too much magnesium at once or it will ‘cause it'll give you the trots))

Very high quality magnesium. Very easy to take. Just add drops to the water. This product keeps me regular.

Great value on a great product
Great value. The ionic seems easier to take and although the taste is bad, it is tolerable. The price is about half what i paid for others.
