I have used this for years. And it works! I was going for a blood test mid morning and had taken this early in the morning. My B levels were off the charts…..oops. The only thing I would suggest is buying it directly from the store. I live in the desert and ordered it online. When fedex delivered it, the bottles were roasting hot. And as you know, heat affects vitamin potency.

Nice taste. I'd have given it five stars, but the dropper does not have the measurement marks on it. I take a milliliter, which is the recommended dose, but with no marking on the dropper, you can't be sure that you're getting a milliliter. I substituted a dropper that I had from another brand of liquid B12. Otherwise it would've been annoying.

When I was on a vegan diet, I took this supplement religiously prior to 2023 to support my energy levels. It always gave me an immediate boost I could count on. My last bottle, purchased in February 2023, still delivered the same reliable effect. Yesterday I purchased a new bottle and noticed the updated packaging, but I didn't expect the formula itself had changed. Unfortunately, the new version feels noticeably weaker and no longer provides the same results. I'm genuinely disappointed. Please consider returning to the original formula. Loyal customers like me noticed.

The only reason I gave one star is because I chose shipping vs delivery and it arrived in it's box, but felt extremely light, so I opened the box and the clear plastic shrink wrap that is normally around the bottle was missing, then saw at least 95% was missing (it didn't leak out.) This was either used by someone or had a mishap during packaging, either way, I tossed it in the trash. I will never order this using the shipping option again.
