Helps me stay hydrated
These are a must for me to have on hand all the time. I have a medical condition that causes me to get dehydrated and these really help me. I love the lemon-lime flavor. I keep one in the car, in my purse, and one at work. So much more convenient than bottles of Gatorade, etc. All you need is water and you are good to go.

Quick Hydration
Love that I can get liquid IV shipped to our house without using big box stores. Liquid IV quickly helps me feel hydrated and recover from workouts or a long day of parenting. The lemon-lime flavor tastes great without being too sweet or too overpowering.

Solid
Solid product. I got it for the lower salt content to mix with my other electrolytes. The flavor is probably one of the better ones compared to similar lower-sodium products. It also mixes well with no clumps or particles at the bottom of your bottom. Would recommend to add to your electrolyte rotation!

Not Mojito.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's decent for a lemon lime. Would probably be good with some tequila or other mixed drink but what I really wanted was the Mojito flavor. This does not work for that. I'm just going to stick to our regular, Passion fruit.
