It's absolutely impressive!!! i was unsure at first bc it was battery-powered. but now boy im telling you...i will swear by this saw, and if u know what you're doing it will cut limbs bigger than what u think it will absolutely love it and qill definitely be buying another one very soon!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I was skeptical at the Clearance price (< $80 INCLUDING BATTERY AND CHARGER!!) but I only needed minor tree trimming. I ended up doing my yard and my neighbors yard. There was STILL juice in the battery for more. The 10 inch blade made it easier for bigger limb cuts. (I would not go smaller) It is a bit top heavy and the strap does help steady it. (Follow their instructions on how to hold it). The cover you screw down over the chain area is a bit tricky but once all is lined up, it's a snap. I just love it!

I had a few branches hanging down into my driveway and some branches shading some solar panels. I borrowed a friends AC corded pole saw and took out the branches shading my solar panels. It was hard to manage because there was just too much weight up at the top of the pole. Plus I had to drag out power cords to plug it in. I decided to buy a battery powered pole saw and started to research different manufacturers and models. I purchased this Litheli pole saw to as it seemed to have the best price / performance of the makes and models I researched. I ordered the pole saw through WalMart on Tuesday and had FedEx delivery on Thursday. Pole saw was well packed in a double box. It required assembly which was quite easy with a well written manual in English ( only noticed one typo). No tools are required for assembly. When I first went to use the pole saw it barely scratched the bark on a limb I tried to cut. What! Even with a well written manual (with pictures) I had installed the chain backwards. After a quick correction for chain direction I tried again. Cut through a three inch branch in about three seconds. Cut down a couple more three to four inch branches and battery still shows 100% charge. Ordered a second battery for back up from Litheli through ebay and it arrived in two days. Overall I am pretty impressed with this pole saw, it appears to be of good quality and I hope it lasts a long time.

The U20 pole saw does what is expected, cutting tree branches and fast. I am 5 ft 7in, 133 lbs and find the saw a little bit heavy for me. But I do manage to cut some branches with and without the extension. The equipment is well built and finish is nice. Setting up the saw is easy, just follow the clear instructions. While using, a couple of times the saw binds, but that is because I try to cut at an angle. Doing a straight vertical cut will avoid such problem. As for battery, it drops two bars from four after around 20 cuts. For my home yard maintenance tasks, it is adequate. Oil leaks a bit during storage. I do empty the oil container after use though. I think it is the nature of the beast, need to lubricate.

It works quite well. However, I would of given it 5 stars if it was not so top heavy. This pole saw when it comes to been top heavy, is the same as all the other brands, therefore, I wouldn't give any of them 5 stars. It's too bad they don't design a pole saw to have the motor at the bottom next to the handle, and then have a rod (drive shaft) drive the chain gear.

It works well for the price! But the chain got knotted and it took a while to unknot it. And when we tried to use it again, the chain got stuck again. The battery was very good and lasted for the whole time we'd been able to use the pole saw.

The only drawback is at 17.5 ft long with an 8 inch chain it is heavy to lift but I doubt I could have cut down the branches without such a solid workhorse of a trimmer.

i like the price and it is 10in as apposed to 6in. it performs well. its a little heavy or top heavy at full extension. it only has 1 battery, it can not be used without the pole as some do. i need it for tree limbs and have another model just to use in hand for close up work and trimming. all in all i recommend it for trimming branches as it was also the longest one i could find.. for the best price...

I cut three limbs a little over two inches in diameter each and the battery was dead after those three. The battery takes 3 hours to charge. The chain cuts as if it doesn't have teeth it cuts as if it's smooth like a bicycle chain. It's not a good saw.
