Happy with my purchase. It works as described seems to have a strong motor and the battery pack has more uses than just powering a tool, it's a really great backup battery with USB-C connectivity up to 20v. This is a quality product, well worth the money!

I can't say anything about battery life yet, but I just used this mini chainsaw (the brushed version)right out of the box(applied a little oil to the bar)and this thing ripped through 2"x4"s and 2"x6"s like nothing on a half charge. For the price($18), I bought a backup chainsaw just for the extra battery(an extra battery by itself is $25), extra bar, and extra chain.

It's good, far better than the one I returned. Quality feel. Nice battery, not quick at charging but last about an hour of hard work which is impressive. USB-c but does not provide the outlet just the cord so if you don't have a usbc to plug into an outlet you'll be buying one.

Got this little guy because my new Litheli Eclair power bank charges the same U20 batteries this uses. It's a great little tool, but the 2ah battery is a little small and kinda slowed down after a few thick limbs. Now I have (3) batteries, so not really an issue. It'll be perfect for camping %26 firewood, that's probably it's primary use for me. The battery doubles as a 20,000mh USB C power bank, so it's really pretty useful (in my heated vest!)

i don't see any place for filing oil but it works amazing and very user friendly and helpful for cutting big trees in your yards even bigger than the pictures. but difintly not for huge old trees.

I'm 30 so thing woman and this is just easy and even fun to use I use it for yardwork and my diy projects it replaces a few of my bigger and heavier tools

My son-in-law went crazy over this item. This is only 2 days after Christmas and he was out using it. We are pleased with it. Price is extremely reasonable,in fact it was not costly at all. My grandson said he wants one!

I needed a small chainsaw to cut up branches that were removed earlier from my trees. This saw worked flawlessly and i was able to finish cutting in less than half an hour with the battery showing 50% charge after. I was worried after reading some reviews that the battery would run down in half an hour. With a larger 10" or 12" chainsaw, it usually takes 2 people because you need to use both hands to operate the chainsaw and someone else to hold and feed the branches to the saw. With the mini chainsaw, it only weighs 4 lbs and you can easily operate it with one hand, leaving the other hand free to hold the branch. I would recommend this chainsaw to anyone needing to cut up branches less than 3 or 4 inches.

I bought this because I have other letheli u20 products. The chain sunk into the bar on the end and locked up. I've started trying for replacement parts.,on Walmart instead of a return. The only option I see is a refund,which means I can't replace the saw,because it is double the price now in a very short time. So unless something miraculous happens I'm stuck with paying for a broke saw so I can use the battery with other tools. letheli please send a replacement bar to me ,so I can feel confident buying more u20 products in the future,before time to return this hardly used saw expires.Ill gladly write another review if you choose to replace saw or the bar that I need. If not I should've rated even lower,because I would not have a working saw after. a few minutes of ise

Gave this little chainsaw a good workout this weekend and it performed very well on branches. I didn't cut anything larger than 2” but no problem with the bigger ones. I only gave it 3 stars because it is advertised as automatic lubrication. It is anything but. You have to pour oil on the chain manually.
