Little Tikes Tough Workshop

I bought this for my two year-old grandson and he loved it. It was easy to assemble by myself, a 67-year-old grandma. It is super cute and sturdy enough for play by a toddler. The multiple accessories make it even better.

I bought this for a little one turning 2….although at first I thought it didn't have enough engaging tools or interest but after looking at the older one unit with too many little pieces this was perfect for dexterity and learning hand coordination I made the right choice as he loves it to pieces!

Ordered this for my sons 1st birthday after seeing it on several other sites. Walmart had it for $14 cheaper than THE major online shopping website. Shipping was quick and assembly was easy. My son is still too young to fully use this but he loves playing with all the parts. Great for developing his fine motor skills and imagination

I would have to say that my son has played with workbench from the moment we assembled it. Months later, and when he wakes up he still heads for it if given the chance. We did read the other reviews on the other workbench and compared them. For what the advertised that they had, and their price. This one would beat it hands down. Plus this one seemed to look more kid durable than the others. I would recommend this one to any parent with a toddler. The only thing I could have really complain about is some of the screw areas could have been predrilled a little for easier installation, but still it wasn't too bad.

Not all toys are for all kids, but this workshop will be perfect for girls or boys who show an interest in building things....for instance our 2 year old grandson doesn't seem to have much patience for puzzles or even reading books which we do every week when he stays over...he'd much rather open and close the pages or flaps, but before we can move onto another one, he's off with another toy. Amazingly though he'll spend lots of time building lego's and mega blocks, so we took a chance on this workshop and to our amazement he'll spend lots of time using the screwdriver to screw and unscrew the bolts into the plastic holes...or even uses the pretend lathe to work the wood (which he loves to see drop off the table). He does it over and over...and then of course, eventually he moves onto his shopping basket which he loves walking around the house - naturally putting his taggies puppy in the front seat before he leaves to shop. The workshop is a nice size too and sturdy plastic. It also has 2 doors on the bottom that store a lot of extra plastic tools which we recommend you buy as this only comes with a screwdriver, hammer and wrench. (Great sets out there with drills and the like).

I bought this as a christmas present for my great nephew. He just turned 2 last month. He absolutely loves it. Played with it immediately.

Overall it was a good product. I think the doors on the cabinet part are a little hard to open and close but they work well enough. The plastic on the back side was already dinged when we opened up the box but it wasn't that big of a spot so we just kept it. My 2 year old son has only had a couple weeks to test out how well it will hold up so I don't know long term how it will do. But he does love it! He loves hanging up the tools and hammering in the nails. We would buy it again.

My son asked for tools for his 3rd birthday so I found this. I had to buy more tools separately since this only comes with a few but I liked that it has storage. I'm a pretty handy mommy so I put it together myself. Fairly easy and would've been pretty quick assembly Until I had to put the screws on the inside of the storage cabinet area which is too small to fit a screw driver into. I ended up having to put the assembly on hold till I could borrow a smaller drill which still was a little too big for the area. I gave it 4 stars because my son loves it and has played for hours on it and Its perfect for storing all his tools. Would've given it 5 stars if assembly was thought through a little better. It does seem to be made from good quality materials. All in all it was worth the trouble.

Wishing I would have bought one a little more expensive and a little more bigger. This is a Christmas present for my one and a half old twins and I have a feeling it's going to be too small for them both to play at the same time. even though there are 2 little boys playing in it in the picture. Seems to be good quaility, etc though.

I have always loved that little tykes items are well built, nice quality but other than a well built item there was nothing to it! 3 tools, 2 screws, 2 bolts and a piece of sliding plastic! It looks good but that's about it....don't waste your money, just buy a small tool kit for $15-$20! It came with too many parts to put together!
