I used a name brand collagen peptide supplement snd this product FAR surpasses it in more than one way. I have been able to walk up the stairs to my office easily after 30 days pf this product. I've been using this collagen peptide powder for almost a month now and my nails are a mess. They are peeling and breaking like crazy. Have not noticed any positive effects with my hair or my skin. I purchased this brand because it had a fairly high rating, but it hasn't worked out well for me. I will be going back to my old product.
