This was the best deal I found anywhere and it's working great!! I ordered for my senior neighbor, set him up with Lively and it's been a great experience! He was paying $80 plus with AT%26T house phone and now it's less than $30 a month with Lively. But we started with the phone bought at Walmart. Came quickly and in great shape.

I buy these for my dad who has dementia. Easy to operate with big buttons! You also can do one touch dialing which helps! Contacts transfer if you change phones 📱 which is huge! Ease of use is perfect for my dad. Who is elderly and not technology proficient!

I like the larger screen and buttons. For some reason my text messages alert stopped making a sound after 2 days, I went thru the directions to make sure but I reckoned I can call cs next. Like any new phone I just have to learn it. I love this otherwise. Very good tracking. The phone charger was mailed to me separately a few days later. Your phone number will show up on the phone after it’s charged. Easy to set up steps online. Happy I purchased it from Walmart, it was on sale on Walmart website so I saved about $20. ❤️

Love this phone. Easy to use without having to look up the directions on how to use it. I had a N** flip phone that required umpteen hoops to jump through just to text and make calls. I had trouble remembering them all, and it was too much hassle just to make a call or text. Even deleting stuff was a pain. It did more things than this one, but was more complicated to use and did stuff I wasn't interested in. This phone is user friendly the first time you pick it up. Just what I wanted. And if you get it from Walmart, it is unlocked, so you can use it with whoever your carrier is, and keep your number, by just switching the sim card with your old phone. I'm sure that Lively is a good phone company, but I already had service and a phone number with Patriot Mobile. But if this is your first cell phone, it looks to be easy to start service with Lively, too, as their sim card is already in it. It also was delivered in a timely manor. And you don't have to be a "Senior" to buy and use this phone. It look like any other flip phone. It doesn't say "Jitterbug" on it. Most people don't even know what a "Jitterbug" is, so unless you tell them, no one will even know that you are using a "Senior" phone. I would recommend this flip phone to anybody who prefers a flip phone, and if you are thinking of getting this for a friend or relative for Christmas or Birthday, who doesn't have a cell phone, I bet they will like it too.

Ordered for my elderly father. It's even better than I expected. My father loves it. Easy to see the buttons and easy for my father to use. And thank you.

I like the phone,,, however, if you make a mistake on speed dial, you can not delete and re-do. You are stuck with it. The phone does not like to delete anything. The phone is unlocked as long as you remove the SIM card before ever turning on the phone. You can use any carrier.

I had the flip phone and only one line. They charged med for two lines. Now I have trouble getting refund for the second line. DON'T GET AUTO PAY!

I bought this for a sick friend who unexpectedly died. The store wouldn't accept the phone ias a return n the box with a receipt. I left it on the counter of the store and left.

Horrible stay away!! bought this for my 89 yr old mother who doesn't read or write. Pamphlet inside states if you activate online it's 10.00 off. thats a lie no where was there an option for that. end up calling the %23 to activate, but then with tax total for JUST activation alone was over $30!!, NOT including mthly service charge. Also they automatically ADD on a monthly $3.50 for a "phone protection charge". ALSOO when I tried to cancel services online/register acct,( mom found this particular flip phone not user friendly). Registeration didnt go through/unrecognized. All in all I would stay away, taking advantage of the elderly it seems.

The phone belonged to someone else. So we could not use the phone.It was to be a gift.I do not recommend this phone.
