Initially unsure, pasta cutting was a challenge due to my inexperience and dough consistency. After resting the dough and familiarizing myself with the machine, I achieved flawless results. The clamp system ensures stability.
This kitchen tool is perfect for homemade pasta! With adjustable thickness dials, I start thick and gradually go thinner for the best results. Flouring the dough prevents stickiness. Its stainless steel build ensures durability.
Love this little machine. It has everything I need. Sure beats hand rolling and knife slicing pasta. This was a game changer for my pasta making. Its well made, and easy to care for.
the handle that you use to turn the roller's, does not stay in place. the handle continues to disengage. at the end of the hand, is a black piece, this has come apart. it is hard to use when the handle continues to fall out.
in the picture it looks like you can get wide noodles. the only thing I would use it for is to thin the dough. i actually ended up using my pizza cutter to make the noodles wide.
I'm going to just say “you pay for what you get” ! It's cheap for a reason will not be getting again ima going to just invest in an expensive one It's ok for the first time but multiple times no
I ordered this because the description said it was made out of stainless steel. It is not. The instructions say not to get it wet with water or it will rust. The crank falls out very easily and I had to constantly put it back into it's slot. The clamp for the cupboard was too short to use on my counter top. I did not see much of a difference in noodle size using the attachment. The roller worked but it was difficult to tell which number it is set at and awkward to change the dial. There was a bunch of blue plastic on all the parts that looked like it was placed on the pieces preassembly and it was impossible to get it all off. Some plastic came on while using and got into the pasta. I was able to make pasta with some effort and the roller did work.
product looked great when opening, until i started taking the blue protective film off, which had been put on before assembly at the factory so taking it off was a nightmare! but moving along, setting it up was pretty easy, ran my first batch of noodles through and bam! black tarnish and blue film peices all in my noodles! gave it another wash, ran another batch of needles through and what do you know, black tarnish all over my noodles again! im mad but kept running batches through to see if maybe it just needed worked out, all batches came out with black on them, same when it came to "cutting" the noodles, only the noodles dont cut all the way through. and to add insult to injury, the handle will NOT stay in place, as soon as you let go of it, it falls off. it would be a decent toy for kids to play with play dough with but other than that, one of the biggest disappointments when it comes to kitchen equipment that i have ever purchased.
This machine is trash and the instruction manual was clearly not professionally written and also no instructions were in the manual. And even the plastic wrap was difficult to get off it appears the wrapped every piece and then assembled the machine pinching the wrap inbetween pieces and almost having to take the machine apart to get it off. Trash
I couldn't used it because the pasta cutter could not be assembled. The quality is really bad. I returned it.
