The sofa arrived very quickly and was super easy to assemble. At first, the cushions weren't very full and seemed a bit thin. The customer service team explained to me that this was because the cushions were vacuum-packed. They said I needed to pat them for a while after unpacking to help them fluff up faster. I've been using it for a week now, and the cushions have gone from being "thin" to very full and plump. I absolutely love lying on it!

Item shipped much faster than expected. Very easy to assemble and reconfigure, no tools required. It is very light and easy to move around. Fabric is very soft. I love that it can split into chairs if needed. The only negative is the cushions are a little flat and you may want to buy some extra padding to stuff in them. Extremely good value for the price.

it's nice the assembly was easy there just isn't enough cushion even after a day it's flat but it feels nice and soft when you touch it the cost of the couch itself is worth it but the cost of shipping makes it not. it's also kinda smaller than I thought it would be but hey you get what you pay for and it works for it's purpose and it looks nice. I just need to buy extra padding to put inside or a topper when it's used as a bed is all.

Overall great buy for the money nice material and comfortable but had come with 3 small holes tears in the back of the couch of the black lining. This was never rectified as I told the seller over the phone. They were supposed to send me a wardrobe case for a review but never received it.

The item came damaged. There are 10-15 rips/cuts in the fabric on each seat base. It looks like the fabric was stapled on during upholstery, and it was done too tightly, so everywhere there is a staple it is split, but I cannot tell for sure. The cuts are very uniform, in the same places on both seats, and apx 2” long. Seems like it would be easy to set up, haven't really tried because it was very obviously damaged with ripped fabric in 10 places per base, just contacted the company immediately upon opening and seeing how damaged it is. I cannot speak to the comfort of the cushions, they are still vacuum sealed, I don't want them poofing up to full thickness then trying to mail that back along with the base. It's already going to be a big enough hassle to try to get this massive heavy item to an ups store. This vendor is a **MASSIVE PAIN** to try to return to. They are refusing to send me a return label and trying to exchange it, but even still just keep demanding more photos every day. I just want to send it back. I needed this so I could sleep in the same room as someone after she has surgery so I can take care of her for 2-3 weeks. It originally came in time, but now the surgery is in 4 days and I am stuck with 150lb piece of garbage blocking my entire hallway while I wait for them to send me a return label. If you get this item, just pray it's not damaged or you may end up getting screwed. It looks like a decent futon if it wasn't entirely ripped all over the place. Very disappointing.

I didn't even open the box. Wanted to return. Have been sending emails non stop for a month and they send one generic email and then nothing. Walmart refuses to help. Sooo disappointed in Walmart for not backing their sellers. Target is looking better each day.

Futon came with rips in fabric. The nut for one of the legs came loose which is on the inside so you can not attach the leg . I have reached out to the company and they were supposed to respond in 48 hours but nothing yet. Sent second email. But I am not expecting any thing to happen I'm abit surprised that Walmart allows these type of companies to sell on ther site.

Only received the base of the Futon, and it was Damaged. No, Legs, No Accessories (Screws, Washers, etc), No Mattress or Pillows. It's hard to believe that Walmart would sell this Vendors products on their Website !! I have paid Walmart for a Product that I did NOT Receive , I am very Disappointed in Walmart and am waiting for a Response from them.

This is the BIGGEST piece of crap I have ever purchased. I don't know what universe this girl is in photos, but expect this to look like the pictures sometime next century. Oh, and their method of clamping the two seats/sections/whatever together is to CUT SLITS ALL THE WAY AROUND! Yes, there are cuts all around the interior of it, down into the fabric through to the stuffing! That definitely won't cause the fabric to rip over time (eye roll). When you sit down, you can feel the frame through the crappy cushions. The wood legs were scratched up. This thing is literally good for nothing. What an immense waste of money.
