This product arrived 2 days early. I took my time assembling the bike finding the assembly manual to be extremely helpful. All tools were provided in the kit. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bolts had Threadlock already applied. Time will tell if this bike is durable.

Assembly was straight forward and the product worked as described. Good purchase for my wife who needs the exercise on an indoor mechanical bike like this one. It doesn't take up too much room and moving it around is an easy thing to do with its built in wheels at the front of the unit.

We are very satisfied. This bicycle is very good for that price. It is perfect for use between training sessions. We were surprised of the quality of the materials and how solid the parts are. It was easy to assemble.

Great exercise bicycle. Easy to assemble and move around. Seat a little uncomfortable but used pillow works just fine. Very satisfy and cycling to improve my physical activity( 81 yrs young)

All the bike parts were there and easy to assemble. Everything worked perfectly! The bike seat adjusts easily and the monitor is easy to program. I am completely satisfied with this product.

I had an issue separate and apart from the actual equipment that gave me an opportunity to deal with Pooboo’s customer service (the manufacturer and shipper of this quality recumbent bicycle). Their response to my issue was prompt and professional. They were polite TO me, patient WITH me, and went WAY out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Pooboo as an excellent service organization.

Assembly was easy, instructions are not perfect eg: items missing to be installed. Pictures in Ad are misleading about the screen. Screen is small but has a place to hold a cell or Tablet above. Seat is becomming uncomfortable after a short while. I used additional chair pillow to deal with it. Bike was on sale but still too expensive for what you get

Although this is a very inexpensive recumbent bike, it is easy to ride and has the features on it that I needed. It's simple, but effective and definitely worth the money!

hard to put together. instruction doesn't help a lot. once the app is downloaded, it's is only for a trial period of time, which is misleading. it's not what it appears to be.

Angi Service to assemble the bike was a no show for the 1st scheduled appointment and then the service canceled just prior to the 2nd scheduled appointment. Such an inconvenience! I've canceled their service but now waiting 5 to 7 business days for a refund. I asked for a confirmation %23 but such was not included in my return email. My recommendation is not to purchase Angi Service.
