I work from home and I don't have time to go to gym. I saw this kind of machine online and heard it's helps in lymphatic draining without doing much as this machine shakes/vibrates itself and help us with exercise. This exercise machine is sturdy and of good quality. It comes with a remote which makes it easier to control the vibration. I actually liked this exercise machine and would recommend.

This thing is huge and I love it. It's very easy and comfortable to use. I have a smaller one and this one is a lot better and stronger. The remote makes it more convenient to change the speed and time while still on it. You feel it in your muscles after one use.

I really like this vibration plate. I was looking for a plate that would help with my osteopenia (tri-planer) and this was the most affordable I could find. It is easy to use, I use the presets for running and sprinting most often it has a blue tooth feature I have not used it. I feel like my muscles afterward are more relaxed and my lower back pain has improved. I am really pleased with my vibration plate. Shipping was quick and on time.

I did my research on these vibration machines and found this one was sturdy enough plus had all the features of the much more expensive machines! I was excited when I pulled it out of the box and plugged it in immediately! Had some getting use to because even on the lowest setting it shacks the heck out of you!!! Quick remote settings to move to walking, jogging, and running make a 15 minute period go fast! I've used it daily sometimes 2X a day! I'm a big Man 6 ft about 285lbs. It handles all I can give it! Best price I could find on this bigger machine! Stimulates the whole body and relieves body stress like a full body massage. It is helping with my mobility which was OK because I use the Gym 4-5 days a week! I've been telling others about this!!

It smelled a bit coming out of the box, like plastic. but overall it's easy to move around, bulky, but light enough and built-in handles make it easy. I bought this to help my family regulated our nervous systems, and for some exercise and so far we all love it. I have two elementary aged kids and they have no problems with it. I would recommend this product. For the price it works great and stores away easily, what I cared about most.

The machine not speaking " Bluetooth Mode" some time it will be completely off by itself, but some time not. It is weird than other machine what i had.

this machine doesn't run smoothly. it makes all kinds of noise. I may want to return it soon. it sounds like it's going to fall apart

This is not a vibration plate. It's a wobble plate! The instructions are minimal and make no sense on how to operate the machine or what the difference modes do. I actually laughed when I opened the remote. It was the cheapest piece of plastic remote that I have ever seen! (And did NOT come with batteries.) It was on a huge discount and I fell for it thinking I was getting a great deal. I had it boxed up and ready for return in less than an hour after it was delivered.
