I have a desk job and work from home the vibration plate allows me to maintain health while earning money 💰 great options in the settings as well

I've been using this vibration plate for a little while and I'm really happy with it. It feels sturdy when standing on it, and there are plenty of speed settings so I can adjust it depending on how intense I want the workout to be. The remote control is very convenient because I don't have to keep bending down to change the settings. I also like that it doesn't take up much space and is easy to move around when I'm done using it. I usually use it for about 10–15 minutes at a time and I can definitely feel my legs and core working. The Bluetooth speaker and lights are a nice extra too. Overall, it's simple to use, feels well made, and has been a nice addition to my home workout routine.

I'm really happy with this vibration plate. It's compact, easy to use, and provides a great workout without taking up much space. The different vibration levels make it easy to adjust the intensity, and the platform feels sturdy and well-built. I also like the added Bluetooth speaker feature, which makes workouts more enjoyable. Overall, it's a great addition to my home fitness routine and a good value for the price.

i like the 2ay it tingles my dead feet.

Product was a good value for the price and it came quick.

This is the first vibration plate I have owned. I would have liked to have somewhat more of an instruction manual other than how to use remote. The plug in cord is a little short and plugs in the front. I would have preferred it at least it go in on the side so you can face more outward to watch my lymphatic exercises on tv while on it. Otherwise this seems to be a great size and sturdy.

The shipping was great, its very heavy duty and exactly what I expected, the only drawback is there is no instructions on how to program it other than the Bluetooth. Now I have to either just troubleshoot it on my own, or travel through Google to try to find instructions. I am excited to use it once I know how to use all the features.
