This plate is great quality and works wonderfully! I have been on a quest to stimulate lymphatic drainage and this product makes the process so much effective. It's also great to use while weight lifting! If you're looking for quality product, don't hesitate.

I absolutely love the Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It's super easy to use and fits perfectly in my space at home. Every time I use it, I feel more energized and notice my muscles getting tighter and more toned. It's also been great for helping with circulation and lymphatic drainage, which I've really come to appreciate.

Perfect for my husband. He likes the sweet food and getting fat. I am so worried about him. That's why I bought this product. I am surprised with it. It works so well and my husband likes it, because he doesn't like to go for a walk. So now he can do some exercises at home. Hope he can insist for long time. lol!

This is the first vibration plate I have owned. I would have liked to have somewhat more of an instruction manual other than how to use remote. The plug in cord is a little short and plugs in the front. I would have preferred it at least it go in on the side so you can face more outward to watch my lymphatic exercises on tv while on it. Otherwise this seems to be a great size and sturdy.

The shipping was great, its very heavy duty and exactly what I expected, the only drawback is there is no instructions on how to program it other than the Bluetooth. Now I have to either just troubleshoot it on my own, or travel through Google to try to find instructions. I am excited to use it once I know how to use all the features.

I do not recommend this at all I've had other ones this one literally on the highest function works just as strong as the lowest function on other ones I expect three other ones I experienced my sister had introduced me to these bringing her machine over then the other ones were not quite what I was looking for thought this one was going to be perfect until I turned it on SMH
