Local Alchemist Coffee Copper Blend Light Roast Whole Bean Coffee, Naturally Caffeinated

Seems these small batches of Local Alchemist Coffee Copper Blend Light Roast Whole Bean Coffee are carefully roasted. I have been trying to switch to Light Roasted Whole Beans Coffee and ground those myself and brew on my own. There so much more flavor in Lightly Roasted Coffee. I just recently run into the Alchemist Coffee Brand, and I may say it is very well roasted to be a light roast with its distinguished flavor. I am not an expert in coffee roasting process, but I wish to find an Organic Roast Whole Bean Coffee from regions where soil is not depleted of nutrition's and supports financially small businesses and farms. There is not much information on the 10 OZ Light Roast Costa Rica and Ethiopia - Copper Blend . For a 10 OZ amount a coffee and price, coffee drinker should know if the coffee is organic non-GMO and if without grown and processed without any pesticides. Would be nice if more info. would be there as the price is steep, perhaps justified for special processing and roasting. Perhaps "Coffee Specialists" have more information on these issues. I wish it would be for sale ion a larger bag for less but especially, if the small Alchemist Coffee Company would provide more specifics or origin and purity of this fine light roast of this coffee. I purchased several bags of 10 OZ of these, but they run out fast and coffee drinking people on fixed income do not have the means to make this their regular daily brand. But I guess, as they say, you pay what you get. This brief review was written without any criticism nor any judgmental thoughts whatsoever.

Husband enjoys the taste and smoothness of coffee. Fringing the beans makes it taste incredibly fresh and you can't beat that. We'll be ordering it until he gets tired of it!

We prefer light roasted coffee and this one was pretty good. Liked that the roasted flavor was consistent but not overpowering.

Definitely good coffee beans, bought for chocolate covered coffee beans and they turned out so good. Didnt have too bad of a bitter taste.
