Really happy with the purchase. I was worried with the reviews being so mixed, and not being able to see it in person. But I took a chance and got the protection plan just incase. It came fast. Was in a lot of parts, and the instructions were slightly ripped which made it somewhat difficult but not really. Still an inconvenience though. The frame of the dresser was so easy to assemble. No problems at all! When I got to the drawers though I had some problems. The drawers are just wood, so over tightening even the smallest bit leads to issues. I split the wood once, but was able to fix it with wood glue. The screws are FRAGILE! I was drilling the screws in the handles, and the screw head split apart from the rest of the screw. This happened 3 times with 3 different screws. So I wasn’t happpy about how gentle you had to be or else you risk messing it up entirely. Luckily again, I just used super glue to stick the screw head back to the rest of the screw (which was stuck inside the handle). After everything dried, it was like nothing had happened. You can’t tell anything, and it works just as good. The drawers are a little small. This would be best used for kids or teens, or someone who doesn’t have a lot of clothes they are wanting to put in here. But overall, it was a really good buy for the price and I’m happy with it. I would buy another if it was the same discounted and not full priced.
This is a nice dresser. I would give it 5 stars, but a problem arose. The middle drawer on the right side (looking at it with drawers facing you) falls open all the time. It didn't when we first got it and put it together, but now it does.
Definitely worth the price! Drawers are deep and big enough to actually hold items. Building it was a little tedious but worth it!
Product came damaged. Will need to wait weeks before a replacement, I don’t have time for that nor do I have time to reschedule for someone to come back to reassemble.
Product came with incorrect pieces, (12, 13) had to screw the front face pieces on with different screws we had as we figured it would take too long to get replacement parts or even me able to contact anyone to actually get help.
There is a missing guide for one of the drawers. It should have come with 12, but we only got 11 metal drawer guides. local walmart was completely unable to help. they only advised me to call the manufacturer. Which the number isn't located anywhere on the boxes or on the work instruction. The phone option on the webpage won't allow the call to be complete because it's China. I've also tried to reach out by the email option here about 2 weeks ago. i still haven't received a response.
My husband, master builder, assembled. Had to buy and paint a part to complete the chest—screws and pre drilled holes did not match up…. I would not recommend, unless your helper is talented

The dresser came damaged and I tried to replace the part but they never answer, I tried to return and I never got answer again!
