This is a good steamer for travel. It gives enough steam to help me iron my jacket. Good material and good size. And shipping is fast. I carry it anywhere I travel.

This product is easy to use right out of the box. It has a big water reservoir, a light to tell you when it is ready and a trigger lock, so you don't have to keep the trigger depress.

After trying several, I found this one to be the most reliable, and easy to use of them all! Love this steamer! Nice size water well, not having to constantly fill was a huge plus in my book. It is strong enough to penetrate the thick wool of felt hats that have been crushed in shipping to me. I am able to block them, and they look good as new! Very professional results. The price was well within my work range, and as I get busier and need a second, I will get another.

i purchased this item on sale for fourty dollars off, and at this price it was well worth it. i find its probably not the best due to you get what you pay for. but i wil admit it works better than i expected. with persistent use, meaning you have to at times be very thourough,it does remove wrinkles from most fabrics. id reccomend an iron for deep wrinkles, as it reduces them but not completely. overall im satisfied with this product as i rareley have clothing with deep wrinkles and works wonders for shirts and items that sometimes wrinkles just because. i have not used the brush tool so i cannot say if that adds value. im sure there are more expensive better functioning ones on the market but pound for pound or dollor for dollar, this one packs a punch!

after waiting time the order arrived. but when I opened the package, I was surprised, there was no product inside but a pile of old newspapers. yes, a pile of newspapers, and the product I was waiting for was nothing. The name is correct, the address is correct, the tracking number is wrong. whose fault is it? I contacted the customer service department. The first person kept talking around and told me to wait for 48 hours without resolving it. The second person said they would send me a replacement product. I waited for a few days until the third person said they had not sent any new orders and refunded me. what a waste of time and effort. I advise everyone to buy from walmart, do not buy from a third party, it is very annoying and time consuming.
