This is a simple design that does the job. I use mine to clean my night guard and it does well and I am pleased. This is a no frills ultrasonic cleaner. Simple covering. Small and compact to keep on your counter or easily store it away in a drawer. There is only one speed but you can choose 3, 5 or 10 minute cleans. There were no English instructions but it is pretty self explanatory on how to operate. This is a plug in to use. There is no battery installed so you must have a power source to run. I feel like it is cleaning my retainer well and am happy with the results.

The ultrasonic cleaner works very well and does a great job cleaning my retainer. After using it, my retainer feels much cleaner and fresher than when I cleaned it by hand. The size of the machine is big enough to fit a large retainer comfortably, which is very helpful. The machine is a little loud while it is running, but it only runs for a short time so that's okay for me. Overall, I love this cleaner and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was pretty excited to try this cleaner! I see those videos on social media where they use an ultrasonic cleaner and bam shiny. This basically does the same thing. I put my necklace in it - it’s one I wear every day. I left it in for only a minute but wow it was already very clean! It’s very easy to set up - just add water and plug in.

Is my second time to buy this product, same brand because is long lasting. I am buying this as a gift for my friend. Other brands of ultrasonic cleaners have this issue.. they self destroy. This is a sturdy one and cleans very well. I use it for my retainers together with the effervescent pill.

I bought this for my son's retainer. He was so excited to open the box.He said they are much cleaner than before, when we only used cleaner tablets. Im glad that I got this for him.

This little machine is the perfect size to take and store any where. The cleaning power this machine is amazing you can see and feel the difference when it’s done cleaning.

I did not receive the Loheer ultrasonic retainer cleaner. I received a. Gossaae. The box is identical to the Loheer product box but without the brand name. Sorry I can't rate it because I don't have the right product yet. It would be nice to receive what I ordered.

Do not purchase if they are available! Instructions are in Chinese/Japanese. Could not figure out how to turn on. Lid if difficult to get off. Definitely returning. Walmart.com is getting like Amazon where you can't trust the quality. NOTE: Had a video to share but no way to add to review. Just another red flag.

Burnt all my jewelry and it's not low noise it is very loud I have to put it in another room it's annoying

Purchased in July. In October the little pin inside the power port came out in the adapter plug. Poor quality. Still waiting to hear from Loheer about warranty.
