Mainly focused on the moisture, retaining moisture, as the essence to buying the Long Aid Curl Activator hair gel. I was extremely impressed with the added moisture to having my hair at high level, preventing the breakage and encouraging hair growth. Then, the nice smelling fragrance was a nice bonus, to locking in the product as a “plus to a must have”!

I like this low cost product for natural hair. It's non sticky or greasy. It keeps the curls or coils popping. You can do a half and half in the palm of your hands with Eco Gel or Aunt Jackie's Don't Shrink Gel for a nice sheen.

I have really curly hair. I'm shocked at how well this product works. It also doesn't weigh down my curls but holds them.

Light gel that keeps a curly hairdo moist. It enhances the curls making them shine but doesn't make them look greasy.

Perfect item. It's light, non-sticky and doesn't leave you hair feeling dirty.

This is not the same formula I purchased before. It feels like it has more alcohol in it and much less aloe vera. Instead of leaving my hair soft, it makes it dry with no curl pattern at all. I'm very disappointed because this brand is already hard to find, and I bought 4 jars thinking it was the same product. I spent $21.00 and feel like I received a knock-off. I would really like a refund. Also to add the product is not sealed so no telling what it really is or have been replaced with.

Didn't help my hair made it heavy. Boo!
