I've been using L'Oreal haircolor for years. I ran across this about 3 months ago and love it! My hair stays silky, retains the color, and does not dry out like my hair did with the other L'Oreal brands.

I like the color as it is a close match to L'Oreal Age Perfect 7 G Dark Soft Golden Blonde or L'Oreal Natural Match 7 N Dark Blonde Natural, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND NOW and my favorite color. I bought two boxes of this color to have one on hand. My sides are the only place that turns a silvery white and I got tired of looking at it. The only problem is the price is double what Walmart or L'Oreal charges per box. I will definitely buy again and hope Walmart will carry this color or 7 N Dark Blonde Natural Match in the future. The only other problem is they ship in a not too thick plastic bag instead of a carton like Walmart ships things in so when I opened the bag, both boxes of color were dented, crease marks and all the corners were squashed in. I'm lucky the tubes of creme color didn't get damaged in transit. Other than way of packaging and price, I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again. I usually only color my hair now about every 3-6 months.

Colored hair almost dark brown. Very upset with how it turned out Will not buy again Left hair coarse. Hairdresser washed it with clairfy shampoo. Helped a little. Don't understand why it came out so dark.

I decided to try this instead of going to the salon. My color, which had been a medium brown, had really faded and with the gray, I definitely looked like I needed to color it. I chose the medium natural brown. At 62, the darker colors just don't look good anymore. I ended up with dark brown that screamed at-home color. I will say there was shine, but that's it. Very disappointed and feel like some of the other reviewers -- not only did it not match the model on the box (which I don't expect anyway), but wa much darker than the darkest brown pic on the back.
