I'm a makeup artist so I'm picky when it comes to makeup, especially foundation. I've tried just about everything that's out there from high end to affordable brands %26 this foundation blows my mind! It has wonderful, buildable, up to full coverage %26 at the same time it's fantastic on aging skin because it's moisturizing %26 age defying PLUS it has high SPF. It doesn't break out my sensitive skin either. It literally has everything that you'd want in a foundation which is why it's almost always sold out in stores. Buy it, you won't regret it!!
I have been wearing Lancome foundation for a while but I am trying to save money so I read reviews and searched for a lower priced brand that would be comparable to Lancome. L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation was on several "best of" lists and when I Googled "dupes for Lancome", it was recommended. I was going to get it in 10 Ivory as my complexion is very fair with cool undertones but it was out so I got 15 Rose Ivory instead. I think that it was a blessing that the Ivory was not available. It turns out that the Rose Ivory is perfect and I can't believe how much better it looks on my face than the lighter shade. It is thinner than Lancome but is buildable. It feels really nice going on and is easy to apply. I have applied it with my fingers and with a brush. I think it looks better using a brush but using fingers was ok too. I did not detect any scent when applying it which I really appreciate. I have sensitive, very dry skin. I use a primer that contains sunscreen under the foundation. The foundation does not look cakey and doesn't appear to settle into my fine lines or wrinkles. I wish it provided a bit more coverage to cover up the sun damage. Texas sun is unforgiving, I will repurchase it the future as needed. If you're wondering, I am currently 61 years young and will be 62 in 3 months. Growing up, we never ever heard of sunscreen. I am not sure if SPF was even around then. I lived in the country and pretty much stayed outside all day, when possible. This is my PSA: regardless of your age, wear sunscreen...especially on your face. I always thought anything like face cream/lotion was for older people. It used to be called vanishing cream because it was supposed to make wrinkles vanish. (it didn't of course) Start taking care of your skin and protecting it now. even if you are in your teens, 20s, etc. The end :)
Love this makeup. Easy to use. I have been using makeup a long time so I know what works! Just a little bit and your face looks brand new. I am 75 but everyone I meet thinks I am in my 50's Do not tell them different!
I love it because it gives a natural finish and is not so matte. For those of us who like a luminous finish and dewy skin, it's perfect. You can put on a little translucent powder. You can do it with medium coverage to full coverage, for me it is the best makeup base plus it has SPF 50 The pores of the skin are also less noticeable
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Thank you Topbox and L'Oréal Paris for the opportunity to try the Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation, in the Shade 15 – Rose Ivory. This shade is a perfect match for my skin colour and tone. This foundation goes on easy, blends in well with fingers, sponge or brush; I used brush with a bit of sponge in certain areas. This foundation feels so smooth, hydrating and nourishing on my skin! I don't know what magic serum they have, but I like it. This foundation did not dry out, crease, crinkle, crumble off, or any of that even after a few hours. This is a medium coverage foundation and I found it was more concealing than the actual concealer in the product line. The scent is light, pleasant and the formula is not too runny. For the price, I think this is a very great foundation and will most definitely be purchasing in the future when I can't afford my go-to. I am very excited for this product; I am very picky about what I have on my face and this is most definitely Amateya-Approved. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox #topboxcircle #topboxca
I have mature skin and this makeup doesn't sit in lines or look cakey. Something about it just enhances the skin. It's a gorgeous, hydrated look. It's got decent coverage and really evens out the skin tone. It isn't matte, but it doesn't have a wet/greasy or sparkly look. It's amazing!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this Loreal Paris Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation to try from Top Box. The shade I received was perfect for my skin tone, and I love that it's such a lightweight moisturizing formula. It leaves my skin with a smooth and flawless finish and the fact that there is SPF in this is an added bonus, it will be great in those summer months. I absolutely Love this product.#freeproduct #trywithtopbox
I was very lucky in able to try this wonderful product by being able to try it through #trywithtopbox #freeproduct. I am in my 40's and I am now beginning to see a bit of discoloration and fine lines with my skin. The L'Oreal Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation blended very nice with my pigmentation, and did not sink into the fine lines like some foundations do, and it did cover any spots that needed to be covered. The foundation stay in place from the time that I put it on til the time I washed it off. I would def recommend this cream foundation.
The formula isn't drippy or too liquid. It is easy to apply and blend. The colour sand was a little dark for my light/medium skin, but I'm sure that mixing a lighter colour would fix it. There was slight oxidation, but picking a slightly lighter shade would fix that. It accentuated the slight texture around my nose and was a dull matte finish. It didn't emphasize my pores too much, which are usually not noticeable. Good product for the price. #freeproduct
I tried the L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation, it doesn't cover super well for me, it feels lightweight, and looks kind of ok. Now, if you're after coverage, it falls short. I mean, I guess for an everyday option and a more natural look it could work.
