L'Oreal Paris Colorista Semi Permanent Hair Color, Midnight Blue

Follow directions exactly!! Won't work on darker hair. Read the box before buying and if it says for blonde or bleached hair - then don't be surprised if it doesn't work on dark hair. There are shades for darker hair colors. This pink is beautiful in my bleached hair - fades beautifully in pastel shades. Isn't too drying. I LOVE this dye!

I use l'oreal colorista bleach deodorant all over complete for the first time on dyed hair I did one strip put for half an hour until I achieved inside banana color then washed and undertoned I used purple then blue conditioner from loreal 7ua the final result was sandy cool blond that I was aiming at in the first place thanks loreal again.

haven't used this since it first came out but my daughter wanted to do blue hair she has bleached hair this came out so dark on her hair just what she wanted I've also used this on brown hair it shows up pretty well what I like about this kit is it comes with the dye brush and extra gloves for 7$ can't beat it does stain a bit .

I absolutely LOVE this color #Metallica Orchid 04. I went from being invisible to fabulous! I really, really wish you would make this color in permanent. It fades too fast. I seriously, cannot go anywhere without getting at least two compliments. I have had this coat for over 10 years and did my hair last Sept when it wasnt cold. If I had tried to match it, it would never had happened. People are amazed my hair matches my coat.

It didn’t show and turned a little green but it’s easy to use

I got the metallic pink color to dye part of my hair pink with my swim team back. This was February 21st, 2026. It's not June 12th, 2026 and there's still a lot left in my hair. It stained my hair and it's super frustrating because it doesn't even look good anymore. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

My hair now stains any skin it touches, even though my hair is bone dry. I've already scrubbed my head raw to get out any bits of dye that might've caused it, and I've seen no improvement with the staining. It's really weird too, since I've used this color before, and it didn't stain like this last time! Did the recipe change or something?

I've applied this several times, leaving on for longer each time. I purchased the purple and the pink. My hair is light blonde and colour could not be seen.

Bought this as something fun to do. But did not work on dark hair at all! I even have old light highlights (light brown) but you could not see the colour even on the lighter hair. Waste of money sadly.
