L'Oreal Paris Elvive Color Vibrancy Intensive Protecting Shampoo, 12.6 fl. oz.

I love this product. I am using both the shampoo and conditioner, and do have professionally color treated hair. This shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair feeling stronger, less brittle and breakage, and is soft and smooth. The conditioner does not leave my hair weighted down or greasy which is important to me as I have a lot of hair but it is fine and straight and is easily weighted down by oily conditioners. I have used some much higher brands purchased at salons, but I find this product to be equal to if not better than those at a fraction of the cost. I'm sold on this product.

Hello, I'm used to paying $3.42 for a 12.6 ounce bottle of this product. All of sudden the price went up to $17.99 for this same product. It was listed on Walmart's website last week as $17.99 yikes! This week the price was lowered to $12.94, which is still way to high. Can you look into this and see if this is some kind of glitch in the system or is this what the price really is for now; and if so why is this item priced so high when all other L'Oreal Paris Elvive products pricing has stayed the same. I bough this a week ago. I have dyed my hair a number of times and and usually used a normal s&c. It wouldn't wash out the color but it made it fade faster, so I decided to try the L'Oréal CVI s&c. I used it a week after dying my hair (the same dye I have been using) and an amount of dye came out, but I assumed it was excess. Last night I washed it again (1 1/2 weeks after last wash) and more dye came out. I wasn't worried and assumed it was more excess which seemed strange but I wasn't worried. This morning when I woke up all the dye was gone. I looked at the shampoo I had used last night (I was too lazy to do conditioner) and checked to see if it was for colored hair (it was) and I am very disappointed. I do not have anything against L'Oréal and will still use their other products, but I would not suggest using this again.
