L'Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Clay Rebalancing Shampoo, 12.6 fl oz

I'm very skeptical when it comes to drug store shampoo that claim oil control, this product claims oil control and hydration for end, and it delivers! I'm very impressed I have very oily scalp and dry ends due to over processing and it leaves my hair fresh and super soft my hair even last oil free atleast a day longer then it use too! Very pleased!

So far is the best combo I've used for my greasy scalp and dry ends. Smells good and leaves my hair nice and soft. I can go one more day without having to wash my hair. I'll take it!

It leaves the hair with, shiny and with that clean and fresh felling.

This has been my new go-to shampoo. It does a great job of cleaning my color-treated hair without stripping it. Plus it smells great and does not cost even close to what my Redken did.

My hair is extremely oily to the point I have to shampoo it 3 times to get it clean. Usually the first two times the shampoo won't even lather, so it's hard to work it through my hair. This shampoo lathers right away the first time, making it much easier to work with.

I really like the fresh clean smell of this shampoo. For whatever reason as I have gotten older the condition of my hair has changed greatly. My hair gets extremely oily very quickly on the scalp and roots but the long ends is normal. I really like how the shampoo works so well to clean the oily area without drying out the longer part of my hair. It really works the way it says it does and I must say I, for one, am very pleased at how it works. The only downside is there are times where it is hard to get or find online for whatever reason… It only recently became available at its regular price and not the outrageous price of 13 dollars that I was finding online for one bottle. Not sure the cause of the shortage but just glad it's over. A bottle last me quite a while but I wanna head and bought a coupleJust to be on the safe side. And result is this product works perfectly for me and I love the clean scent that it leaves on your hair. Instead of having to wash my hair every day, I am able to now go every third day before having to wash my hair. This, I believe, is actually better for your hair's condition to not wash it every day!

Really helps with greasy roots. I have been able to go 2 to 3 days without washing my hair. Was very skeptical at first that it may be drying and damaging to my hair and its not. I have long almost waist length hair and if anything it's repaired some damage.

After the first wash, my roots weren't oily! I try to wait a day or two between washing but oiliness bothers me. I let two or three days pass before I washed again, my roots still were not oily. This shampoo and conditioner combo works great with the oily roots, but the top later of my hair is still dry and frizzy. Oh, I have curly hair if that helps.

Purchased the entire collection because it sounded perfect for my hair type , oily scalp and dry ends . The shampoo and conditioner don't have the harsh clay smell that the preshampoo does and would leave my hair feeling hydrated and soft . I will not be purchasing again due to it leaving my scalp incredibly itchy and I've noticed ALOT of my hair coming off after brushing and I normally skip a day between hair washes .

I recently ran out of my Aveeno ACV shampoo and while that has been working really well for me, I wanted to try something different. I bought this after googling recommendations for greasy hair (mine isn't the worst, but I definitely can't go more than 2 days without dry shampoo). I've never been picky about products and I've never had any issues with cheaper drugstore/dollar store brands (e.g., V05), so I wrote off the bad reviews... Somehow, THIS stuff managed to make my hair feel dry, brittle, heavy, and greasy all at the same time. I could barely run my brush through it afterwards, and that was even after I tried conditioning (which I haven't had to do in two years) with the matching conditioner. I'm writing this during my lunch break the day after washing and my hair STILL feels wet and... yucky. After this experience (and seeing other reviews about hair loss that have me a bit paranoid) I'm tossing these and switching back to Aveeno.
