I rated the product this way because the shampoo works really well for my hair. It leaves it feeling soft, smooth, and shiny without weighing it down. The quality is great, and it has a nice scent that isn't too strong. The price is also reasonable for how well it performs. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it.

I was pleasantly surprised. This left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and less frizzy. I use the shampoo and conditioner. After my hair dried naturally it felt even softer, as if I had put in a serum but I didn't.

This shampoo really does leave my hair beautiful and glossy, I think it's worth the price. I'm not a fan of the scent it smells like a cheap chemical. Otherwise my hair looks great

This shampoo is wonderful! I've tried several name brand shampoos trying to find one that would make my dry , damaged hair manageable and this not only makes my hair easy to style, it soft to the touch.

I wasn't sure if I liked this product at first. I decided to give it a fair chance. It changed the texture of my hair. It's actually an improvement. My hair was breaking from years of chemical damage. Now the cuticle is closed and stronger. My hair is finally getting longer. I liked it enough to buy it again!

The shampoo, conditioner and the gloss work so well together. I love the way my hair feels so smooth and manageable once dry.

Suds up really fast and well! My hair is super clean after using it, I can't say I see a difference in shine, I think this is mostly as prep for the conditioner

This product did not really do what it said it would. My hair is not any more shiny than when I use any other shampoo and conditioner.

After a single use my hair was so shiny and smooth. I thought this product was great and starting using it regularly. It's been two months and now my hair is more damaged than I've ever seen it before. So much breakage and the texture is just completely different from my normal hair. I think maybe this product would be okay if you use it occasionally for a little boost in shine or whatever but using it daily will wreck your hair.
