I asked AI which shampoo/conditioner is recommended for grey hair and bought this one. I love it! My very grey hair often picks up a brownish color from shampoo ingredients but not with this combo. My silvery hair is shiny, healthy looking and not brassy. I love it and recommend it.

Shampoo works well. Coming from using salon shampoos it's not exact but it's a good alternative with cost savings to boot

i love the shampoo and conditioner. i guess my gripe is with the company that either packaged it or shipped it. i recieved the box with both bottles in plastic. thankfully. because the shampoo bottle is open across the seamed end. it looks like it just wasn't manufactured well. i had about an inch of shampoo left in the bottle.

I love L'Oréal products . The clean and feel. My only issue is that it smelled like it was old. Had been on the shelf too long. The scent was not pleasant as most L'Oréal shampoos and conditioners are.

I usually order L'Oréal hair products,, however the silver shampoo was so runny I wasn't expecting it to be runny and wasted so much shampoo my first go around. The conditioner was thick and creamy like your other products. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch of shampoo. After waiting several days for it to be shipped across the country I was disappointed . I don't drive it takes an hour to take a bus to Walmart to return smh
