This is EXCELLENT, I've been buying boxed hair dry color, NEVER AGAIN...THIS here is PERFECT, it doesn't drip, nor rub off on my pillow case, last long, this was my first time buying this product, I was skeptical about it, but I AM GLADE,that I bought it, I'm in awe of how long its covering my gray strands, it been 3 days and it's still fully covering...

I use this to cover my grey roots. It also makes my thin spots seem fuller. It does rub off, so be careful about putting your head on the back of a white chair or sofa. It could also rub off on a hat or your date's white shirt. I use a dark throw on my recliner to protect it. It washes out of fabrics or off your hands easily.

Ive used this product for a few years now. it covers the gray %26 the dark brown new growth that appears, for me, every 3 weeks. it allows me the option to dye my hair every 5 weeks, not 3 and keep my hair healthier rather than overprocessed, dry %26 brittle. I've tried other brands %26 types of root coverups %26 its my opinion that this is the best one all around.

This is a lifesaver in between getting my hair done. Unfortunately, I turned 50 this week and I use this product quite a bit and more frequently between getting my hair dyed. It’s perfect though and it lasts for a couple days because I don’t wash my hair every day. He have to be careful with the application to not get it on your skin, but it washes off easily.

if you ever have used the professional L'Oreal line you know how much it costs. coming from a professional I have to say it would be wrong for me to not share. I use this on my weekly ladies that don't want to get color back to back and want to stretch it a couple weeks. use this to cover your gray or adjust your root area color, light spray of hairspray after it will last you till you wash. and it is comparable to the $38 product that they have the same L'Oreal name on enjoy ladies.

L’Oreal Paris magic root cover up covers my hair, even grays, very well. It doesn’t run down my face when I sweat at the gym or if I’m out in the rain. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating is because it sprays all over the place. I clean off the sprayer and around it and the color still gets on my face, sometimes my arms. If it weren’t for that, I would definitely give it a 5 star rating! So when I use it, I always have a damp paper towel ready to wipe off. Also I spray it before I put my makeup on!!

I had a hard time saying I would recommend, but it certainly may work better for others. Now let me say I have bought it multiple times because this the only real option for root spray in Red. BUT It Is NOT Red. I have called the company multiple times to say the product works good in general and if it was red like the can it would be fantastic! But, it is not, it is a dark brown. And I am not saying this just based on how it looks in contrast to my hair, but when some may spray/drip on my face, or even where I try to rub it around in my hair, my fingers have a dark brown tint, I really see no hint of red. I do not know what else to say. I can blend it okay for a little with my hair, but not much since the color is so.. not red. I do not know about the other colors of course. But I am pretty sure blonde was not really blonde either when I spot checked it in a store one day (I thought, that is a really difficult color for a spray! As apparently is red.)

The color was all over my fingers every time I touched my scalp. My hair got wet in the rain, my face was full of color so embarrassing.

It is orange. It is a weird orange color. I ordered blonde. It is defective and I do not even think I should have to go to the trouble to return it but defective was not an option on the return list. This will influence the future purchases of Walmart products because I don't trust their Quality anymore.

Root spray was awful! It did not stay on after you sprayed it.Also, when you sprayed it, it made this aerosol cloud that choked you. Everything my hair touched came back w hair color. I ended up w hair color around my neck and face while I was in public, embarrassing! If I reached up to touch a spot on my head, my fingers came back with hair color all over them. I did much better using my gel eyebrow wand.
