You’re gonna wanna do a color remover and then a soft bleach kit once your hair is that yellow blonde color you’ll need two boxes of this and it’ll make your hair absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is that the color is very difficult to maintain so you’ll need purple shampoo, purple conditioners, purple college mass all the works and still hit it with another box at least once or twice a month doesn’t stick to the roots very well I recommend some type of spray to blend in the roots

The biggest reason I got this dye was because I have grey hair, however my tips were orange and I hated it. I was hesitant at first, but this grey genuinely covered any trace of that rusty orange color with one round. Insanely easy to use, straightforward and leaves your hair a gorgeous grey with blue undertones!

Doesn't last long. I always wait 48 hours before shampoo but it starts to fade quickly especially on light blonde hair. I like the color though so I continue to purchase.

I usually love L'Oréal products, but this was disappointing . The color flat and the opposite of the color on the packaging.

I purchased the Havana Brown to darken my virgin natural blonde roots. It turned my blonde hair bright red and did not turn brown at all after sitting for 30 minutes. I also woke up the following morning with swollen red and itchy eyelids, ears puffy and red and rash on my neck. It not only did not color my hair anywhere close to the color but gave me an awful reaction and I've dyed my hair numerous times with zero reactions before. Never purchasing this product again.

Without washing the color just fades away. I was left with chunks of blonde hair. Do I bought another box after just 3 weeks and colored my hair again. This time it washed all the gray color out of my roots and left it light blonde and very noticeable. Time to move on from this product all together

The L'Oreal Paris Feria Shimmering Permanent Hair Color, Smokey Silver turned my hair red at the roots and the did nothing to the rest of my hair L'Oreal Paris is usually accurate for a boxed hair color. This was crap and wrecked my hair because I had to color the red roots to avoid looking like a Rooster. It failed to cover the gray hair as well. I would return this if I hadn't already used it. Just awful.

The hair color Smokey Gray is easy to apply and loved the color but it only lasted 3 weeks on the hair. This is the 2nd time I have used it giving it another try which the 1st was the same.

it was to make my hair gray, it didnt change the color other than make my hair lighter. very dissapointed on the results and it was money not well spent.

The dye doesn't work on a bleached hair although it says otherwise, I don't recommend this product at all, so disappointed.
