This product makes my gray hair lighter and shinier. I get lots of compliments. Just be careful when applying it, as it it a little runny. Wipe up spills quickly.

I use this on my auburn/brassy brown hair and it really cools it down. I wouldn't say it changes the color but I also don't leave in on for that long. It also makes it super shiny and softer!! I have thick, medium length hair and have gotten more uses out of it than expected.

I am quite happy with the results! My grey is less gray and more silver, at least on top, The ends are still a bit on the yellow side, which is why only 4 stars. It says it has about 3 applications that last 10 days. I am making it last longer by using a bit less and still happy with the results

I've got purple shampoos and conditioners out the wazoo including the French one (not L'Oreal) that everybody said was ohh-la-la so I've tried about everything out there. My friend recommended L'Oreal Color Gloss but tbh I didn't expect much new. I really like it though and I can see a difference with my hair. Much shinier! This will replace another product I use that costs 3 times as much.

Informed that it was delivered but it was not. My card was charged but I did not receive it. I'm very dissatisfied. I was told to check with the neighbors. Really? It's Walmarts responsibility to deliver it to me. Not mine to walk around looking for it

It turned my hair green..not at first. The initial color looks great. It's a deep warm chocolate brown put of the container. It smells good. It feels good. But after it fades out after a wash it left a green after color that is tacky. It's green in a very bad way. Not green like you might see in Colorista turquoise but green like you made a mistake and now you needs oops color correction. It's not the end of the world. It happens. It is annoying..it's just more reasons to test before you go whole hog. You don't really want this to happen to your hair. I am going to probably put it up to if it seems too good to be true it probably is. The color on the box is beautiful, in the container it's beautiful, on your hair it is beautiful, but the actual tint tone is puke green. It's not the end of the world it's just my hair. I'm Chicago no one would notice really they might think I wanted green hair. But this is not St Patrick's Day green. It's oh no gotta wear a hat green. It's dissatisfaction disappointing. And disastrous.
