L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Washable Bold Eye Mascara, Cobalt Blue

What can I say about this OG mascara that hasn't already been said? I have been using Voluminous for 20 years and it's never let me down. No flaking, no smearing,and beautiful long lashes. Please don't ever stop making this wonderful product L'Oréal.

The only mascara I will use, I have been using this exact brand for years . Will not burn my eyes and cause sensitivity. I also tried the waterproof as it works very well. Comfortable wand straight or curled shape, both work well, it’s just a matter of preference, also comes in many colors. My lashes look long, dark and full.

I just began using this mascara. This is my 2nd tube and I LOVE it! It goes on smooth does not clump up and separates my lashes as I like. The color is also very nice, I got Black. The one thing I like about this mascara, it does come off easily when I am using my makeup remover towelettes. You don't have to rub for hours, in a few swipes it comes off. I love this mascara, please don't change it.

I have used this mascara for many years and I always come back to it. Some of the other mascaras have plastic applicators and that just doesn't separate my lashes..... it looks clumpy. Loreal has a wiry brush that does the job perfectly. The mascara comes off easily with makeup remover and does not smudge during the day. The waterproof version is great for the beach or pool. There is also a primer that I will apply sometimes, but usually just the mascara by itself.

I've used this mascara before and liked it. I like the brush but, this tube must have been old because when I opened it to use it for the first time it was dried out! When I contacted Walmart about it, they said to return it, either by coming into the store or have it shipped back to them. Not wasting my time( driving and standing in line ) or spending money on shipping back a $10 tube of mascara

I've been using the voluminous mascara for close to 30 years. I recommend to everyone and always have… until recently It's completely different! Starts burning my eyes mid day and ITS BASICALLY WATERPROOF now… if I wanted waterproof then I'd buy waterproof… I want the original voluminous mascara back! I'm shopping new mascaras for the first time in almost 30 years… WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE such a great product?

I always use this mascara since the 1980’s I had never ordered it online But It was completely sealed but It is nearly dried up I will have to repurchase but I will get it AT THE STORE like o always did before I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t get to the review area if I didn’t pick one

I was using this product religiously for awhile and now I've the past several months it has distinctly changed to wear it no longer washes off with warm soapy water...and barely responds to micellar water or makeup cleaner wipes designed for waterproof mascara! It has been a nightmare trying to get it off my lashes and I. The process I lost many of them which is heartbreaking and also a little engaging. I never buy waterproof mascara for this very reason...I end up with half the lashes I started with! You can't market this formula anymore as being washable! It's a lie and dangerous!

I have never reviewed this mascara before. If I had I would have given it five starts with a raving review. Why you say? Because I have used this mascara for years. Lots of years. Lots and lots of money spent on this particular brand of mascara that I loved. I have never been paid for reviews most likely because I am honest. So here is my honest review. Most I know have a go to lipstick they love. My go to love is this mascara. That is, until this purchase. I have no idea what happened and do not have the receipt to attempt return. This mascara made my stomach turn. As I was applying the mascara I noticed a foul smell. I couldn't believe how foul it was. I sniffed at the mascara wand and it literally made me nauseas between the smell and the thought I had just applied this to my eye lash. The smell was of rotten fish. NEWLY OPENED!

I recently purchased your mascara in the Burgundy shade, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The main issue is that the mascara weighed down my lashes and completely took away the curl, even though I had curled them beforehand. I also chose the Burgundy shade because I was expecting a noticeable burgundy/wine tone, but unfortunately, the color was barely visible on my lashes. It looked almost like a regular dark mascara. I was really excited to try this product, so I wanted to share my experience and see if there is anything you can recommend or if there is a way to resolve this issue.
