flavorful, the right amount spicy
I can't get enough of it! It's become a must-have in my jambalaya and takes my seafood boils to the next level, especially when it comes to crab boils. It's the secret ingredient that elevates every dish! I will be adding it to my crawfish boil tomorrow.

Delicious Cajun spice
This is the perfect tasting Cajun spice. I have been using it for years. Goes great on any food you want to spice up. I especially love it on my popcorn which I cook in coconut oil in my West Bend 82505 Stir Crazy Electric Hot Oil Popcorn Popper Machine! YUM!!

Great seasoning!
I love this seasoning. It is perfect for anything, not just cajun dishes. You can not beat the price on this deal. I usually buy jumbo size spices, but for I was running out of storage in my spice section, so the 3 small ones are easier to store. It was packaged well and I did not have to pay for shipping.

Best Seasoning for Gumbo
Flavor is really good. Be careful not to over season as it can get spicy. However, it is still really good. Just add water to knock down the spice.

Louisiana Cajun Seasoning (orange not green )
I use this for chicken, pork chops and fish. It gives the food just the right flavor and kick it needs to be good. I ordered on line because I could find it in the stores anymore. Walmart shipped it to me within two days.

More than 50% pure salt!
I have never felt compelled to write a review before. Lol. The "correct" proportion of seasoning in this brand is off. Paprika should be the predominant season. Instead, salt is. If you compare to a nutritional label of pure salt, you can see that the makeup of this blend is more than 50% salt. That's just too much for us. If your recipe calls for salt and Cajun seasoning, omit the salt! Now we are stuck with 2 extra containers too. However, if you like things salty....

The seasoning I received is not the true Louisiana Cajun Seasoning. The container %26 ingredients are completely different from what is pictured %26 what I have at home.
