I take this in the morning with Sparkle Fiber and Daily Love Vitamin right before my workout. It helps suppress my appetite so I can get a fasted workout in without thinking about how hungry I am. I also can tell this gives me a little kick of energy which also helps. Definitely happy with this new routine. I’m on month two of taking Metabo Love.

Since starting this product, I have lost 12 lbs. I will say I have done a pretty good overhaul to my diet and exercise program, but I can notice a difference when I don’t use the metabolove and bye bye bloat products. I think both work well together to keep off that nagging few lbs of water weight / bloating that can occur with eating or cycle fluctuations! I would recommend.

I take this product in the morning with food after I’ve had my coffee. It does not make me jittery, which I consider a positive.

I bought this pills for my daughter and was excited to see results. They definitely curbed her appetite and the cortisol hump in her neck reduced... however she couldn't take the smell of the ingredients and refused to take them after the 30 days ended! I didn't think they smelled that bad (I was a cod liver oil kid) so I can stomach anything but I would have loved to see more.

I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks now. Paired with a healthy diet, I have seen results on the scale and in how my clothes fit- I have lost about 6 lb. I love that with the membership it ships to my home so I have a bottle waiting once I’ve finished the one I’m on.

I like all of the love wellness products that I have tried. And I need to be on all of them. But it gets to be a lot of money when you take so many when you live on a fixed income. And they need to somehow make each one a slightly different color. They all look the same.

Still on the fence with this product... Not sure it works and it's really hard on my stomach. I usually don't have any issues digesting Love Wellness supplements but this one always makes me nauseous.

I’ve been taking this for two weeks and haven’t noticed any appetite reduction or weight loss or anything other reviews were suggesting. I’m going to finish the bottle and see if anything changes, if not I’m just sticking with only the multivitamin that I love.

I was so excited to try this. Unfortunately, for the week that I took it, it gave me terrible stomach ache/cramps, bloating, and nausea. After I stopped taking it, it's taking a week for me to start feeling back to normal. I'm bummed - I really wanted this to work.
