Love Wellness Sparkle Fiber, Regularity Capsules*, 90ct

I had been using a drinkable fiber supplement when needed previously which wasn't terrible but was something I avoided if I could. With this supplement I take the capsules every day without hesitation and maintain regularity. They are flavorless and easy to take and with their efficacy a good value. I have already repurchased and would highly recommend to help boost fiber.

I ended up not needing it. My arthritis in my foot went through the roof after taking SOMETHING and I'm not sure what it was exactly so I stopped taking it along with other stuff. I would recommend this to a friend if I knew more about it or what happened with my foot here. BUT I only took it a few times, I can't really give a review about it.

I was skeptical at first, but Sparkle Fiber has kept me very regular and has made me feel like I'm not craving sugar as often. I don't know if it's the fiber factor, or just helping me feel less uncomfortable, but it's doing a great job! I only take 2 capsules per day instead of the recommended 3 because it definitely works!

I tried this product after receiving a sample for free. I have tried several "laxatives" both chemical and natural as well as multiple prescriptions as someone who "just cannot go" on a regular basis. I am normally lucky to "go" 2 or if I am really lucky 3 times per week. Every OTC and prescription I have ever tried has caused problems in some form or another, or is simply non sustainable on a long term basis. Even in just the one capsule stage I am finding simple, not painful or afraid to leave your house relief with no side effects at this point (about 2 weeks in).

When I miss a day of my fiber I regret it. These are the only vitamins I can take on an empty stomach and not get sick. I swear by all these vitamins and tell all my friends they need to take these if they have tummy issues. They honestly helped when i was on semiglutide also.

After one of my pregnancies I took a powder form or a major brand of their fiber supplement and it didn't feel like it was working. This supplement, amazing. Love these. I take them right before bed and I'm the morning I'm able to start my day off not feeling groggy and bloated. No heartburn or burps from these. Filled with nutrients from food I don't like to eat but love the benefits. These pills help full fill that need.
