Love Wellness Sparkle Fiber, Regularity Capsules*, 90ct

I had been using a drinkable fiber supplement when needed previously which wasn't terrible but was something I avoided if I could. With this supplement I take the capsules every day without hesitation and maintain regularity. They are flavorless and easy to take and with their efficacy a good value. I have already repurchased and would highly recommend to help boost fiber.

No matter how healthy I eat (pretty well) or how hydrated I am (very!) my digestive system is just slow, and these help me stay regular and less bloated. I genuinely feel better day to day! I have taken pauses from my subscription and frankly, I don't feel great if I'm not taking them. I've tried other drinkable fiber supplements but didn't like them (the taste mostly) and they weren't as easy to take, especially if you travel.

This product is super easy to incorporate with your daily routine. I like that the plan is to work your way up to 3 capsules a day. I noticed more results when I drank enough water each day (8 glasses) which is hard to do! I love the concept of this clean company, definitely takes the guess work out of finding supplements since there so many to choose from on the market today.

WOW! read about this in marie claire and gave it a try, took a minute to build up to 3 capsules, but now I can't live without it! Does what it says, don't foget it when you go on vacation! you will miss it! feels like a great addition. Love the bye bye bloat as well!

I only started taking the fiber 2 weeks ago, there were a few days I didn't take it. I plan on being more consistent with it. At the moment I'm still taking 2 a day. I'm sensitive to supplements and medication so I'm hoping once I do start taking the 3 a day I will notice if it's helping with digestion. I do wish the capsule was a different color as there are several vitamins in the Love Wellness line that are close to and similar in color. I love that there is no after taste.

I was thinking about adding a fiber supplement to my diet after my doctor brought it up. I had been irregular for a while (yay, the joys of no longer being in my 20s) so I decided to give this one a try. I did the gradual introduction as suggested, but ended up going down to 2 per day rather than the suggested 3 (3 caused more backup). I wouldn't say this was a miracle cure for me, I still have days when things don't work, but after taking this for a month I would say I feel slightly more regular than before. I say it's worth a try if you're curious!

I ordered 2 bottles because of an offer I received from the company if I purchased 2 bottles and sent proof of purchase they would reimburse me for one bottle in 24-48 hrs I have received nothing and think that was just a scam to purchase more bottles and would definitely not recommend because they don't work don't waste your money
