Hello Burn Activate

I've struggled with getting weight off despite diet and exercise and just felt like my metabolism was really sluggish. Started taking these about two weeks ago and I'm finally starting to see some progress. It seems to have been just what I needed to kickstart and support the changes I had made. I'm excited to see how much progress I make as time goes on.

I purchased this product the day before a business trip. My first day of travel I took a capsule. By the end of the day I realized I had no sugary foods, ate 3 meals and never over ate. By day 3, I was able to stop at 2 cookies, still no snacking and more energy.

Just starting this one but so far I'm loving it! Noticed my body has had an easier time managing the normal fluctuations in weight over the different phases of my cycle and the few 10 pounds or so I was hoping to lose have kept off, making it easier to have more energy and continue losing weight for my health.

I've been taking this supplement for about 2–3 weeks, and so far I've had a positive experience. One of the biggest changes I've noticed is that my bowel movements have become much more regular. I do pass more gas than before, but it's not excessive or uncomfortable, and there's no bad odor. I haven't experienced any stomach pain, bloating, cramping, or digestive issues after eating, which tells me my body is tolerating it well. Overall, I feel like it's supporting my gut health without causing any unpleasant side effects. It's still early, so I can't speak to any long-term benefits, but based on my experience so far, I'm happy with the results and plan to continue taking it.

Not sure if I'm seeing any results yet as I'm on my first bottle and it hasn't been 30 days. What I will say is that I feel like I'm getting a good “cleaning out” when I use the restroom. Not sure if that's the point, but I'm hoping it helps to get rid of some unwanted fat.

My biggest issue was due to seeing other reviews I counted them when received and there was only 28 pills not the 30 day supply they promise.

This items directions on bottle vs online reviews and directions vastly differ. Also i am still experiencing what this is supposed to alleviate

Took for nearly 2months, did absolutely nothing. Waste of money
