So I ordered these vitamins for my husband due to him stating that he didn't feel that the multivitamin that he was t were working. They were wearing out by mid- afternoon. So I went to Walmart.com and I found these vitamins to my discovery they are not only a multivitamin but there is a plus to this vitamin it includes fruits and also vegetables and organic mushrooms which are so good for you. Since he has been using these vitamins he has more energy and great stamina and feels great. Si I rate this vitamin from a consumer standpoint of A . I guess they're doing what they're supposed to do I mean it's a multivitamin I'm 60 years old so it's men's after 50 I mean what can I say I feel good sometimes a little tired but man that comes with the age I guess
