These are delicious! Not hard as a rock like the kind you find in prepackaged bags. But, they are a bit pricey imho.

Amazing when eaten hot out of the microwave!
Love these pork rinds because they're freshly cooked at home and eaten hot! You must be super careful when microwaving them because it is NOTHING like cooking popcorn. There isn't any popping noises or expanding bag to indicate the pork rinds are done. It will be trial and error to figure out which works best for you and your microwave. Every microwave is different and the suggested times are just that....suggested. I do not find these "hot and spicy" at all. Once cooked, I season mine up further with Tajin and cayenne pepper. Do it fast so it has a chance to stick to the pork rinds while hot.
