LPOW Infrared Digital Thermometer for Baby, 1s Reading, 3 Colors Backlight, 50 Memories Recall

I bought this thermometer for my niece because she has an 18-month daughter. She only had the glass type that you hold under the tongue. No 18-month-old will hole the glass type under their tongue without biting it and shattering it in their mouth. My niece tried this one several times during my visit and she got a good reading every time in one sweep near her head. This is a wonderful tool to deal with any age.

It measures well. Have options to measure body, room and object temperature. It warns with green, orange and red colors based on the temperature. Overall nice product.

When I bought this unit I didn't know it was for a baby. The unit works fine for adults too. It has a bright screen that's easy to read. Glad I bought it.

Works well. I like that it also reports the temperature of objects... Like baby bottles... Not just people! 🙃

So convenient to use this product without touching the skin. I especially like that it takes batteries to operate.

I just want to monitor my body temperature. Not complicated. Or so I thought. I did not realize the complexity involved with thermometers such as these. When I am feeling terrible, the LAST thing I am capable of doing is breaking out a pamphlet written in tiny type, and attempt to decipher instructions that make little sense to a person with 100 degree fever. Frustrating. My bad.

Taking back to back readings is not as convenient. But overall it does a good job. Seems to have a fairly accurate reading.

It comes with a Quick User Guide and a User Manual. Both are nearly impossible to read, since they are written in a 3 point font. There are almost no pictures to illustrate what readings would appear on the screen. Some of the text is simply unclear. For example, why can't you use rechargeable batteries? why wasn't that information on the website? Why is there no information on the purpose of the memo button? Some sections are just poor English. The digital display is nicely readable. Too bad the use of the device is so poorly documented.

i bought 2 they but neither worked with i changed batteries nbi went to the ER thinking I had a103.9 fever. no I did not. Too late to return both items still have them both. But don't recommend them

I wish I could give a review but I never received my order. Carrier's fault. They delivered to wrong address. It will take minimum 48 hours to maybe fix the problem I requested a refund
