box came a little damaged. ripped on 1 end. When it was time to put on the bed. no instruction, nor was the the special tool. watched a utube video. carefully opened with scissors. put it on the bed an by the next day it was fully expanded. its like a dream cloud. Definitely a must have. good night sleep every night.

I suffer from back pain but this mattress took that away. it was so comfortable and firm that I actually slept the entire night through and on my day off I slept all day and it felt great I had no pain whatsoever. I'm very picky when it comes to picking out mattresses so I was kind of skeptical but I took a chance and paid off if you suffer from back pain and you're looking for a really good mattress this mattress would be it for you

I bought this because of the sale price but the item was really substandard. I opened the package and it did not inflate correctly. One side inflated about 4 inches and the other side about 3 inches. The mattress was sagging all over. I called Walmart for a refund which they processed and the shipping company never came to pick up the item so I called them directly and my pickup was not on their system. I called Walmart back and they escalated for a full credit. Let's see if I get it. If you want to be hassled then buy.

This mattress has a 10 year warranty and the company has been giving me the run around for a month. After 4 weeks it has still not fully expanded and is still sitting at 7 1/2 - 8 inches and two corners are curled up. Not happy with product or company - will not back warranty.

I ordered a king size mattress they're supposed to be extra firm. Mattresses way too soft and I can't say anything good about it. It's not Ris up. It's been sitting on the bed for more than eight hours already and it has not rise up fully dread or lose. I'm not happy at all like this, I would recommend this for anybody to get.

The added service of Angi Mattress Recycling and Pickup was not working. First, I placed my old foam mattress out for pickup. The Angi guy refused to take it as it is a foam, not a mattress. What do you expect from a foam mattress!? After some discussions, I put a Fulton for pick up. The Angi guy refused again. He explained that it is not a mattress. If a foam mattress and Fulton cannot be picked up and recycled. Information about the service restriction should be included on the service, but none was there. I am very frustrated about this service and in the end up I have to find way to dispose the mattress as well as time to deal with the Angi serviceman.

I purchased the Lucid firm mattress from Walmart, but I am very disappointed with it. After opening the box, I left the foam mattress for 4 days to expand and become firm. But even after 4 days, the mattress is not firm at all. It feels very soft and plush. When I sleep on it, my back hurts, and it feels like my body is pulling. I don't recommend this product. I also want to return it, but the return process is not easy because the mattress is already opened. Very bad experience.

DO NOT BUY. I bought this “same” mattress 3 years ago and decided to replace this year. I ordered one and it inflated lopsided and not at all in the corners (5” max), then ordered a new one to see if it was just a defective one. Same thing. Now I am trying to return it and it has been the biggest hassle taking 2 weeks to do, many calls with customer service, and I've been stuck with them against my wall waiting for freight pickup for a week. They gave me a 4 hour window to leave it OUTSIDE for them to pickup and I am beyond frustrated with the number of calls and cancels the freight company has done. I can't get a refund until they pickup but that has been made mission impossible. It's a scam to buy this mattress. Save your time.

Purchased this mattress for my daughter as a gift because she couldn't haul a bed in her car. The bed will not fully expand and I submitted a return only to be told they couldn't pick it up from her apartment, they could only schedule a pick up from the address it was delivered too? I'm an hour away from her and would have to drive down to where her apartment is and haul it in the back of my truck to a Walmart store. Absolutely outrageous as it was purchased so this wouldn't happen and could be transported in a car. Walmarts customer service over this issue was poorly handled due to a defective product they sold. Buyer beware.

I purchased the lucid mattress for a man that has been homeless, living on the streets for 11 years. homeless man has finally got him a one bed room little home. so a few of us have been wanting to help him. Hes a vet and we should support our vets. The mattress was suppose to arrive yesterday, but the courier that walmart choose to deliver the mattress, dumped it off on the side of the road. walmart customer service says, I have to wait 48 hours before they will attempt to do anything about it. and not only that after the 48 hours if im eligible for refund, it will take 10days to process. Walmart is not the place to order online. Walmart doesnt provide customer satifaction. Most important, the homeless vet, still has to sleep on a cold hard floor. Ive provided a picture that backs up that Walmarts courier which is fedx dropped my package/order on the side of the road. I expected more from both companys. THE PICTURE SPEAKS FOR ITS SELF.
