I have a major gluten issue and unable to absorb vitamins in the pill form. In addition, when the vitamins in pill form are introduced to the stomach you only absorb about 30% of the nutrients meaning you would have to take 3 times the dose to get your daily take. I began taking liquid Cell Food because I can put in in my water each day and absorb my nutrients in a better way. The directions state to take 8-24 drops a day...I take about 15 currently. I feel so much better. I was having muscle spasms from lack of nutrients. After about 2 weeks of taking the Cell Food....I have no more. Less foggy headiness, and more energy too. I will purchase this item again in the future.

I take a few drops in the morning with full glass of water for my breathing. If I am going to someone house who has cats I will add three drops to glass of water and NO sneezing or itching. When you start taking it. Start with a few drops and build slowly because you will start to detox. Which means you will get tired and feel sick. Also, don't eat sugar with this product because you will get sick. Fruit works well with it.
