I take a few drops in the morning with full glass of water for my breathing. If I am going to someone house who has cats I will add three drops to glass of water and NO sneezing or itching. When you start taking it. Start with a few drops and build slowly because you will start to detox. Which means you will get tired and feel sick. Also, don't eat sugar with this product because you will get sick. Fruit works well with it.

The liquid CELL FOOD is a marvelous product, but mighty POWERFUL! I am pretty sensitive to some supplements and such, but would advise anyone who buys it to proceed very carefully and work your way up to 8 drops slowly! It can have a nourishing AND cleansing effect at the same time. It certainly does an incredible job! (I actually like the Cell Food facial products, as well!)
