i bought this for MGD and watery eyes. It did not help for that but it works very good for wiping eyes througout the day which releives some of the symptoms of watery eyes for a while; it also feels soothing to eyes and is reusable during day if put back in foil package and cliped with a paper clip to not dry out. I also like that it does not require rinsing eyes like the eye scrubs require after using. The cloth is also good size about 4 inches by 5 inches making easy to hold and reusable.
